Reviewed By johnfromfinlandAll over experience very good. + rooms , kitchen, balcony (facing inner yard), friendly and service oriented reception staff + SKYLINE shopping center few steps away, it has various style of nice small asian, mexican, italian restaurants, DM and REWE to buy groceries with normal german price level and from DM very cheap vitamins, which keep you in better shape :) - lot of construction going on near hotel so the immediate surrounding is not pleasant - taxi driver was hanging in the lobby as we were heading to airport, I asked reception to call us a taxi and he popped out and said he is a taxi and car is ready in the front, so I asked the price to airport and he said 20 to 25€….as we were at the airport the price was 36€. If he would have been honest with the price from start I would not had choose him. For me it was a dissapointment that hotels allow these kind of hustlers to stalk clients i. The hotel lobby :( - Frankfurt centre area for example near railway station felt unsafe, recommend to avoid it and take U-bahn and head directly tona stop which gives you access to more secured areas

Great hotel in a great location !
Reviewed By 376SimonLWe were looking for a hotel quite close to the main station but reading all the reviews you don’t stay near the station unless you’re happy with people drug taking, people unconscious on the street in a not very nice area! It is well worth the 15 minute walk to the hotel, or a 5 minute taxi ride. Reception is on the 4th floor and the two receptionists were lovely speaking fluent English. Our room was on the sixth floor. The room was clean and just what we were hoping for with a great view overlooking the City. The hotel is decorated to a good standard and we felt very safe in the surrounding area. We will definitely stop here again in Frankfurt.

Very Comfortable Accomodations
Reviewed By cms0141This is a great location;15 minute walk from the bus station (20 at most). There are great restaurants and shops within a block. There is a bakery on almost every corner. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The size of the rooms were great and fit our needs. I would stay here again. The only Cons were the stairs if you have heavy luggage. One of the employees were very kind and helped us with our luggage. The other Con is the noise. YES, it's very noisy. It's very loud with your windows open. The Pro is the apartments itself are very quiet. You do NOT hear any of the other neighbors. I loved my stay here, just bring EAR PLUGS for the outside noise.

Много бесплатной и безопасной парковки вокруг отеля. Ставили машину без проблем в любое время суток. Большой номер- апартаменты со своей кухней, прихожей, в спальне большая двуспалка, большой и малый столики для работы или перекуса. На кузне микроволновка, чайник, все столовые приборы и даже кофеварка. Отличные завтраки по утрам и общая забота о госте от всего персонала. Ресепшен не круглосуточный, но каждый вечер дежурит русскоговорящий парень Стас, что максимально облегчало общение на все темы, от завтрака, до рекомендации ресторана. Ему отдельное спасибо за помощь и заботу! Рядом с отелем красивая парковая зона с ресторанами. В 5-ти минутах ходьбы- огромный супермаркет Real, а в 20-ти минутах - центральная площадь со всеми ТЦ. Мы еще будем приезжать в Кассель и теперь только в этот отель.

Quite Good Accommodation, Terrible shower
Reviewed By GLSAThe rooms seem large and well equiped, ideal for a few days, very comfortable beds. Main problem was the shower, lacking power just a shower tap system really, if you moved it up too far it lost total power and water and due to be installed at the wrong end of the batch at the slanty end it was impossible to get under the shower, really bad, I would not go back for that reason. Breakfast was quite good, a serve yourself continental buffet. Rooms were clean and quite modern although our room was just not made up one day, no new towels etc, no explanation, I had to go and get towels from a cupboard in the hallway. Had a feeling of a slightly up market hostel/student hang out rather than a serious hotel

Lacking hygiene and sketchy location

The location is close to Central Station but in a very sketchy area; lots of shady creatures right in front of the building dealing drugs, not to mention the piles of trash everywhere. Not a safe environment for a single female, unless you don’t mind getting cat-called every time you walk around. The place is nice at first sight with modern design, but: 1) there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the apartment and the hallway which did not disappear despite leaving the windows open the entire time (sadly at night it’s loud outside), it made it hard to breathe, even the bed smelled and it was like sleeping in an ash tray; 2) the place was not properly cleaned, some of the furniture, the fridge and the floors were dirty - dust, dirt, hair, I even found broken glass on the floor; the fridge contained leftovers, some were leaking. Due to the clear lack of hygiene, I cannot give a better rating.

Bemüht trotz Pandemie Nachwehen und Sanierungsmaßnahmen

Wir hatten im Nebengebäude eines der neueren Ferienwohnungen und haben uns dort wohl gefühlt, prima geschlafen und den Vogelgesang sowie die Aussicht genossen. Der Preis ist aktuell zu hoch empfunden, da keine Saunanutzung möglich ist und die Idylle etwas von der Baustellen-Atmosphäre geprägt ist. Jedoch hat es uns weder an Freundlichkeit oder leckerem Essen gefehlt und somit war es für uns trotzdem rund. Das Büffet hatte eine gute Mischung und kleine zu empfehlende Highlights wie türkische Speisen und selbstgemachtes Müsli. Auch das "Ei nach Wunsch" wird frisch zubereitet...lecker!
