A pleasant surprise
Reviewed By KomatorThe Sejour Inn Capsule Hotel has been a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I wasn't really convinced about sleeping on a capsule. But the space was much wider than I thought. It is also true that we had a double capsule (bunk bed) and that we had a little space for us in front of the capsules. The capsule is wide and long, I measure 1m94 and it fits well. You had TVs and different connectors to charge your mobile, as well as a small closet to leave the bag in the extra space. The bathroom and shower were shared but very close to the room and very clean. The staff are so friendly and you could drop off your bags before check in. It is in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes on foot from the Peace Museum.

Reviewed By Hector HFriendly and supportive staff, cleanliness of the hostel. More than a ** hostel, it really is more like a ***** hostel. The place is super clean. Shoes are taken off upon entry in the common area, locker is provided for shoes and valuables. Luggage area is also available. Toiletries are provided along with pijamas. Orange Bus Line that takes customers directly to the hotel's doorstep from the Hiroshima Train Station for free if you are a JR pass holder. By the way, there are two other tourist busses that JR passholders can ride for free, Blue and Green.

Nice Capsule, Clean & Comfort!
Reviewed By VennisaThe hotel location was strategic, just opposite of Hiroshima JR station, very happening area, surrounding by many restaurants, department stores (i.e. ASSE, Fukuya, Big Camera etc) However, you may find difficult to find the hotel at first, as the location was bit tricky, it actually situated at second floor, inside the building called Full Focus. Once alight from Hiroshima JR station or Hiroshima tram station, look for Fukuya department store, the Full Focus building just next to it. The capsule was really great, there was tv inside the capsule with the headphone provided. The bed was comfy, the amenities was completed, the shower room was spacious too. Locker was provided to keep your valuable stuffs, if you need space for bigger backpack or luggages, there were designated storage area too. The staffs were friendly and polite. Good choice and value for money!

Crazy Capsule !
Reviewed By alk3steThis review is coming from a British boy on a backpacking holiday with 2 other guys. When we planned our trip - this was the only place available in our price range and we fancied a capsule experience so we booked it. We were not disappointed! The receptionists did not speak very good English but they tried so hard and were so funny and friendly - a real credit to the hotel. After locking our shoes away we were given a set of PJs each and headed upto our lockers to get changed and lock our stuff in There. After this we got our trunks and headed to the saunas and pools. Got in and had a Good time - after a while someone told us we needed to be naked- there was around 3 Japanese guys in there naked but we thought it would be ok to wear trunks - it isn’t so that’s a warning if you don’t feel comfortable been naked with the locals. We took our trunks off and got back In - they do provide small green Towels to hide your bits if required ! After this we enjoyed a traditional Japanese sit down shower then went to our capsules. They are a lot bigger than you think and very comfy with a little television and shelf to charge your belongings. We sat with the locals in the common room and had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both meals were extremely cheap and very very tasty. This is a very recommended experience from me - the night stay with 2 delicious meals, drinks and excellent service was under £20. Everything is provided for you , towels , pjs, razor, shaving foam, flannels, shampoo, conditioner , moisturiser all new and good quality. My only negative is that it was too warm in the capsule. Apart from That it was a great experience and would definitely do it again over a shared hostel.
