I don't mind since I can read and understand few, but I don't understand why. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful! Very equipped and spacious. I appreciated the TV and cutlery. The layout was different with the photos they had in their website so be careful. Cute amenities and very delicious tea. The corona prevention measurement also taken seriously. I am so happy to have hand sanitizing alcohol in every corner you could think of. Would be nice if we have it too in our room. Also close to the station though I cannot find any convenient store nearby, maybe in the back alley?

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Best of all, after leaving my airpods behind, they graciously organised for them to be posted back to me - much appreciated!

Reviewed By Fearless806659最近開業した新しいホテルだそうです（予約時には知りませんでした）。大門駅から地上に出て、同じグループの相鉄フレッサイン浜松町大門に向かってしまいました。恐らく、今後も間違える人がいそう…。 チェックインは自動チェックイン機で行います。2泊しましたが、混んでいる様子は見られませんでした。感染症対策も適切に行われています。 部屋はやはり新しいので気持ちよく過ごせます。個別空調で、ベッドも広いと思います。あとは、シャンプー等（DHC）のアメニティの質が上がるといいかな。こだわりだすとキリがないですが、もう1ランク良いものを使ってほしい。上層階でしたが、水圧が強かったのは嬉しいです。 この価格でこのサービスならぜひ次も選択肢に入れたいと思います。浜松町、大門駅すぐそばなので、周囲の飲食店には困りません。オススメです。

Reviewed By Milka SWe initially booked the stay here due to a very competitive price but were not expecting a lot tbh. We were pleasantly surprised. LOCATION. The hotel is located close to the city center, 10 mins from the metro station, with a well-stocked grocery store just opposite of it. Are is a residential one and really quiet at night which for me was a plus. ROOM. For a 3 person room, it was relatively spacious (not big by any means, but organized in the way that does not make it claustrophobic) with a kitchenette and a bathroom. I loved how well-stocked it was - we were provided everything we may have needed, including phone chargers, bath towels, disposable hairbrushes and kitchenware. It was also absolutely spotless, which I really appreciate. STAFF. While some staff members were more fluent in English than others, they were always very nice and helpful. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I would make sure to stay there again.

Our hotel is right next to the canals that feed Tokyo Bay and only one stop away from Shinagawa Station, which has easy access to Haneda Airport as well as the Shinkansen bullet train. Take a quick trip across the bay to Odaiba and find international tradeshows and the Tennozu area. Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, making them perfect for long-term stays.

The hotel itself is fine - the staff are great and very helpful and it has everything you could wish for. However, the room was very small and the hotel was one of the most - if not the most - expensive over our three week stay.

Reviewed By StripeyMiataOnly 10 minutes from Tokyo Station by train, and only 10 minutes walk from Akihabara. But rooms were small and dirty, found lots of dust and grime under a bed with a sock. Staff were lovely though and the Family Mart came in handy as well as the launderette.

Reviewed By rai4aThis is a brand new hotel, situated about 5-min walk from the JR & Toei subway station. Though it's not exactly in the middle of a sightseeing or up-and-coming area of Tokyo, it's actually not that difficult to reach most of the main tourist spots using the train. From the nearest Asakusabashi station, you have direct train access to Asakusa, Ginza, Akihabara or Shinjuku, and you can cover majority of central Tokyo with just 1 change of train, including to both Narita and Haneda airports. Quite a few fast food restaurants can be found near the station and there is a Hanamasa supermarket one block the hotel so that's another plus. I take 1 star off the rating for the cramped the building hall & elevator, unavailability of breakfast for purchase on-site, and the non-automatic lock doors (you have to manually lock your room door everytime). However, the room itself was far better than what i expected to be. I booked a non-smoking double room and I got what I asked for. The room size was much bigger than common business hotels in Japan with similar price range, and the bathroom did not feel tiny. There is a working air humidifier/purifier in the room and the bed was comfortable. In addition, wi-fi connection was stable and fast. Bottom line, i would definitely consider this hotel if i ever visit tokyo again.
