Very nice family run hotel
Reviewed By Paul FI have really enjoyed my 2 weeks stay at Hotel Central, the friendly and very helpful stall do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel is just a 500m walk to Flower Street and located in a peaceful street with a small supermarket 150 m away. This hotel is perfect for all, the elderly, families with kids, young groups who want to be close to the Nightlife Sunny Beach has to offer. The beautiful grounds are full of flowers and fruit trees leading round to the pool, sun bed area and pool bar area. I hope to return to Hotel Central next year around the same date end of May beginning of June as the weather was beautiful, the first 10 days without rain with temp at 30 for a couple of days. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Central, specially the lovely head waitress who greeted me with a smile every morning at breakfast.

Great holiday and the most attentive staff
Reviewed By sttodWe had great time staying here for 8 days. Great hotel, only 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. The cleanness of the property was good, with daily cleaning of the rooms. The best thing about the property, however, was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive, trying to make our stay the best it could be. Special thanks to Hristo and Melissa. The chef also deserves a praise – we ate in the restaurant almost every day, and everything was amazing. A small area where improvements can be made is the desserts offering, but other than that the restaurant was amazing. We also tried the cocktails at the pool bar, and we were not disappointed there either.

Worst restaurant ever.
Reviewed By Vacation78187540 min waiting for waiter, unpleasant service and owner. Bad food, pizza doesn't even look like pizza. Shaslik was cold and bad meat. We were waiting for bill for 15 minutes and service was surprised we were mad because of that. Never again.

We cannot fault this hotel in anyway.The atmosphere in the bar is so relaxing and comfortable,with a good choice of tasty food at realistic prices.Nice English breakfast if thats your start to the day Sports fans are certain to see their games on the 3 Tv's in the bar.My choice is F1 and I should be sat watching that with a nice cold beer today. Daniela and Steve the owners are perfect hosts and always available to maintain your requirements,along with the hardworking bar staff,especially Tadi,Gaby and Paco plus the rest.A great team. This hotel is situated opposite and 20 yards from The Ivana Palace,so good for that friendly get together and always someone there to talk to.Plus cheaper drinks in the Friends Hotel.If your staying at the Ivana then you will want to visit FRIENDS. Hopefully we will be back in September. A little about the surrounding,just 6 minutes walk or so to the beach and or a steady 35 minute walk to the main drag Flower Street or 2 lev bus ride from a very close bus stop. I could go on and on but far better to book into this hotel and find out yourself.I forgot to mention the very clean comfortable rooms and pool area. Enough said .

The breakfast is included and offers a wide variety. The service is outstanding, people are going at length to meet your requests. The pool is great, rooms are spacious, and the whole establishment is sparkling clean. The parking is ample. The only drawback is the access road from main Sveti Vlasii route: unpaved, and unfinished. Overall, strongly recommended

Hotel "St. Valentine" is a cosy and peaceful location just a few minutes' walk from the central alley and the silken sands of Sunny Beach. Within the complex there are a restaurant and bar, swimming pool and pool bar, supermarket and kids' playground.
Rude staff
Reviewed By BorisovicI come in this resto every year since 2015. It was definitely one of my best restaurant in Sunny Beach ( see my previous review). Unfortunately this time it was an unpleasant experience. The staff was quite rude and not professional. At the end of the dinner I’ve asked the bill, the waiter brought me it and I’ve requested to pay by card. She became very rude telling that in all restaurants in Bulgaria if I want to pay by card I have to say while asking for the bill and no later. She wanted me to pay by cash telling that she could not change the bill. Honestly I’ve never heard about such rule in the whole Bulgaria and anyway you have to ask the client at the moment of bill the so easy question: “want to pay by cash or by card?”. Yes, it works like that my dear ! I’ve finally managed to by card as I didn’t have any cash with me. Unfortunately we are not coming back anymore here.
