Superb place
Reviewed By woaqzoChecked in at 3 pm. The room was modern, clean and cosy. After 2 nighttrips in the bus from Berlin i felt right at home. It is in the middle of the city center, so everything is in walkable distance - even the trainstation. So if you want to enjoy Rivne i would recomend this place

У нас был чистый и уютный номер, единственным минусом которого было постельное белье не первой свежести. Но главное, что оно было чистым :) Все остальное было хорошо. Так же понравился недорогой и вкусный завтрак в симпатичном кафе тут же. Хороший вариант для остановки в длинном путешествии.

Very disappointing
Reviewed By cireland1905My wife and I have stayed here 4 times previously and we have left reviews highlighting it as a good hotel. However this time around it has completely changed and gone downhill. We started staying here about 4 years ago at the time there were not many nice hotels to choose from. However as I said this time it was terrible. Firstly the service is awful. Pretty much returned most nights to find the room not cleaned, towels not changed, breakfast plates still on yer table etc having to make calls at 12am to get them to fix this most nights was not acceptable. The room was never hovered once in our 9 night stay nor dusted nor surfaces wiped. The breakfast was ridiculous. They have now added a daily charge for room service and despite staying for 9 nights consistently asked for the money every morning despite us keep saying just add it to the room. The breakfast often arrived late and all but one occasion it was cold. They would bring something up, 5 minutes later bring your cutlery and then come back with the rest of your cold food, when I complained about the food being cold, they came up and collected it without saying a word, put it in the microwave (these were fried eggs) and reheated it and bought it back, can you imagine they didn’t even cook it again fresh.... It was also cold and snowy during our stay the hotel didn’t bother to clear the snow or grit the roads leading to people and cars struggling. The decor in the hotel needs to be replaced and the hotel generally needs maintenance, cracked floor tiles, AC not working, taps loose, tables stained, TV now has no English channels or music, mini fridge basically doesn’t keep anything cold, curtains let in the light, bedsheets too small for the bed. Generally apart from a couple of really nice receptionists the rest of the staff lacked basic customer service and it was evident that when we asked for anything they treated us like we were disturbing them. Overall the price doesn’t reflect the quality there are much better hotels at the same price point now or even slightly less. This hotel has a karaoke bar which seems to be very popular my view is that this is now the focus rather than the hotel and the rooms. It’s such a shame to see this once great hotel being run like this now. We didn’t get any apology for anything that went wrong or wasn’t right. We won’t be staying here again after being loyal customers they have blown it.

Reviewed By freckfreckWe stayed recently for a family wedding. The hotel was very accommodating keeping all 4 rooms booked on the same floor. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Air con perfect. Nice pressure shower. We could not have wished for a better place to stay. After a very long day it is nice to sit in the courtyard and wind down. 24 hours service for tea/coffee. Recommend the spa facilities. This was a grand find and will definitely be returning.

True to its name, authentic experience, good restaurant
Reviewed By DK NWe stayed here for the night on our way to Lviv, nice hotel, very clean, quiet, with the parking (you have to ask ahead of time to be able to park inside of the property). I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. Dinner was good and breakfast tasty! What also great is that Dubno Castle is right next to the hotel and it worthwhile your time for the visit.

Reviewed By kadirkutay_2020SIMPLY DO NOT EVER THINK OF GOING. This was the worst he hotel I have ever stayed. There are many bad things to say about this hotel but below are just a few of my complaints. Compressor noise in your room until morning, nonheated cold rooms, very low service quality, not even a coffee in the room, shower water is not drained and arrives in yr room, untrained personnel - can u imagine someone in yr room without mask during this Corona time-, asking money for the smallest things worth a penny even, etc etc etc. Please do not believe the high points and stars. DOES NOT WORTH ANY OF YOUR PENNIES.

It was just an unexpected very pleasant experience in the very heart of Ukraine. There was everything: cleanest rooms, outstanding service, fantastic food and peacefull. What I found most interesting, the hotel is about 3 hours aways from Kiev in the middle of Ukraine, but once you are sitting in the restaurant you have the impression to sit in a very English upper class restaurant. Very stylish and authentic. My compliments to the owners. Stunning!

Rooms in the hotel “Geography” are designed in contemporary style and equipped with Smart TVs, new furniture, air conditioning and telephones. The hotel room inventory consists of 26 rooms of different categories, namely: single, double standards and junior suites, family rooms. All rooms are equipped with a high-quality plumbing and showers. Furthermore, the bathroom has all the necessary cosmetics for guests. The hotel offers excellent service and the best value for money. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant. Compared to other hotels, our guests receive more for the same money. The hotel always welcomes its guests and highly appreciates their opinion.
