I would like to thank Anil bhai, Dev bhai, Gowdaji, Ramesh bhai and Praful bhai for making our stay so nice. Food was 10/10. Would definitely to visit with a larger group of family.

Reviewed By Jitendra BThe hotel amenities are nice and well maintained. Small kids play area and a decent size pool. The service provided by the hotel and restaurant staff is very good. Good food at the in house restaurant. The buffet breakfast was good as well with plenty of options. The rooms are a bit dated. No cubicle in the shower and the curtains to separate the bathing area does not serve the purpose. Very close to the Safari booking/boarding point.

Decent stay, but next to railway station

The food there is also reasonably priced with good taste, though breakfast has very less variety & the service during breakfast is a little slow. The major problem is, it is located just next to the railway station & so you tend to get disturbed by the railway horns during midnight. Unfortunately my room was towards the railway lines & so it was a little painful stay or else I see it as an average hotel with decent service. Do check your rooms before finalizing.

Hotel's travel desk can provide airport pick up/drop, city tours and day trip to Sasan Gir forest (160 kms) which is the only sanctuary in Asia which is abode of Asiatic Lion.
Janoi Function
Reviewed By Marwin27We had our Janoi Function here on 21-22nd April 2022. The venue is excellent and have royal ambiance something hard to find near Rajkot however shortage of staff and complete mismanagement ruined our function. We tried to complaint about it to the Owner who doesn't want to listen to us. There wasn't any assigned staff for the function and due to bad network, you couldn't call them either so every time you need something you have to rush to reception, and it took 20-30 minutes for simple things like turning on lights or AC. Function was in pick summer with extreme high temperature. Throughout our function we find insufficient drinking water supply and asked several times for the same but always supply limited which run out quickly. After Barat in noon summertime fail to supply agreed welcome drinks, not even supply drinking water when guests arrived from extreme heat. Lunch was agreed to be served at 11:00 AM however it wasn’t ready till 01:00 PM and guests were just waiting after function for 2 hours to get their lunch few left without lunch because of prior commitments. Agreed essential items such as Roti was missing from the agreed menu, agreed live counter wasn’t set up and food was arriving from kitchen instead. For dinner arrangement and live counter were good, there was shortage of sweet but was manageable. For high tea because of insufficient staff couldn’t provide any guidance to guests and caused chaos. There was increased attendant, but staff wasn’t prepare or presume this additional attendant and resulted in delay in service. Worth mentioning that though the quality and taste of food was best in class. Overall venue and food are good but service standard requires significant improvement.

Clean but very poor service
Reviewed By jitendra sBooked on the way with direct visit, it was good start with quick payment and better deal . But There are many examples of poor service in just 1 night stay experience. It was surprising being vits known for good service. Extra mattress was part of payment , still need to give 4 reminders almost every hour, answer is " aa jayega" in the last provided when you visit reception. Also there were other instances and need to wait for service and have to ask multiple people at reception. Location and clinliness is good as per VITS best startdards, but poor service will test patience for sure. Not shared details of wifi, tv tata sky not working as well.. no fridge in room.

Hotel is strategically located beside Somnath railway station (walking distance), just 1 km from Somnath Temple & bus stand. Hotel is surrounded by open space & green trees, away from crowd and noise of main market/town. The hotel is few steps off the main road which will make you away from vehicle noise and pollution. Overall a perfect place for relaxation.
Advance not refunded on cancellation
Reviewed By SJain_tripHad made a reservation for a studio room on 25th May 2022 by paying Rs. 4000 as advance. However had to cancel the reservation and communicated the same on 21st May 2022. The hotel refused to refund the amount even though their reservation document mentioned that cancellation can be made 24 hours before arrival. Highly unprofessional of the hotel.

Reviewed By Manish_SghI stayed here for one day. Very good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Food is also good. But about location hotel is situated in main circle due to that very traffic and very noisy. But overall nice experience.
