Reviewed By diliana dEverything here was wonderful. The days we spent in that little paradise were unforgettable. The poolbar service was great, the water was perfect. The hotel rooms are large, clean and very cozy. The chambermaid clean it everyday. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The service at the restaurant was great too. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh. We have free and very fast wi-fi everywhere in the hotel. We enjoyed our days there. I can't wait the day that I'll come again!

Reviewed By Ольга СМы отдыхали семьей в августе. Много путешествуем и не ждали от Болгарии чуда, но оно произошло! Благодаря удачному выбору отеля, мы провели незабываемые дни на море. Дом находится в самом центре удивительно комфортного и спокойного поселка Бялы. Рядом магазины, банки, кафе, палатки со свежими морепродуктами. Сам дом оснащен всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. У каждого номера есть собственная патио зона. Можно приготовить еду на открытом воздухе и накрыть ужин среди удивительных цветов. До пляжа идти около 10 минут по главной туристической дороге Бялы. Пляж песчаный, широкий и долгий, а над ним возвышаются белые скалы. Чистейший воздух, мы не могли надышаться. Захарий очень гостеприимный хозяин и интересный собеседник. Он встретил нас в аэропорту Варны, помог с багажом, угощал нас овощами и фрутами и даже организовал экскурсию к раскопкам старинной крепости! Мы наслождались каждым днем, проведенным в этом гостепреимном доме. Уже рекомендую этот отель друзьям и родственникам.

An excellent stay
Reviewed By Gheorghe Dorin SDue to situation in Turkey, we decided to stay more in Byala, at hotel Palazzo. We have had a double room, with balcony and wonderful view to the sea. The officers of the hotel , from the manager - Mrs. Stefka Stefanova- to all others, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little one, but very, very clean and beautiful decorated - in Venetian style We was to the beach in Luna camping, just three km from the hotel, but with very easy access with the car, an important point for old people. Byala is a little but very quietly place, exactly what we need for rest. We warmly recommend Byala and Palazzo hotel for that people which want rest and peace.

Reviewed By Gabriel HThis is probably the only hotel in Byala and it is not much to look at from the outside. The utilitarian building style matches the surroundings. However, the inside is better. The lobby level is furnished with simple and modern furniture. Decorations are sparse. Rooms are modest but clean and bathrooms are updated. There is a restaurant, which is as good as any other place in this town and a bar. The prices are modest, but commensurate with the town's economic level.

Okolica super 20 minut spacerem na plaze, Cicha i spokojna miejscowosc, jest gdzie dobrze zjesc, Niko i Alla traktuja swoich gosci jak rodzine, zawsze pomocni i usmiechnieci! Najlepsze miejsce na spedzenie wakacji w swietnej atmoswerze i pieknym miejscu!

The restaurant is overrated
Reviewed By bubbhismThe guest house is fine, even though the location is very bad - in the end of the city - an hour walk from the city center, there is no parking and the hotel is on a slope so it gets even more difficult with the parking. The mentioned in the description beach is full of seaweed and is super small. The restaurant is with a very nice view and atmosphere but that's all - a bit overpriced and the food is not good at all. We tried several different things and didn't like a single one of them, not to mention that they forgot to bring one of the main dishes. The personnel is very nice though so because of them I would have liked to give a higher rating, but given that the description is a bit misleading, I can't.

Reviewed By Andrzej KSpędziliśmy rodzinnie w hotelu Rusałka około 10 dni. Klimatyzowane pokoje służyły nam jedynie do przespania nocy. Cała otoczka to po prostu ideał... Miła atmosfera, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami obiekty. Atmosfera na tyle miła, że goście spotykali się na wspólnych wieczornych pogawędkach, nie zależnie od języka... Jedzenie regionalne, bułgarskie - mnie osobiście kuchnia przypadła do gustu. Szkoda się rozpisywać, bo wspomnienia wracają i już nie mogę się doczekać kolejnych wakacji....
