Reviewed By Camilla BI was on my biggest travel ever and for doing some sponser work for a Family home. But the serveres on the Hotel was missing lacked a good understanding of how to give the right service.The menu card must be upgraded, diffently. Learn the employes how to handle Wine and Champagne.

Good hotel poor location
Reviewed By Felixo37I spent a night at this hotel on a friend's recommendation. The hotel is fine aesthetically but is gradually deteriorating. The check in process was quick and efficient which is surprising as the staff exhibited great incompetence and lacks any skill in customer relation. The hotel is located in a very interior part of Amawbia and it is not advisable for any guest not mobile as they do not have any cab/ car hire service. I spent over 2 hours trying to get a taxi that will take me out of the hotel as I travelled there by public transport. I don't think I will stay here again.

Good Location, Good Service
Reviewed By Spacks1I chose this hotel after spending 3 hours looking for a decent and affordable hotel in Awka. Unlike most other hotels in this highly congested city, this hotel is well-located in a place in the city with less noise and traffic. First night was horrible - lots of mosquitoes. Later days were ok, as my room was sprayed each morning with insecticide when I leave. The workers here are very friendly, always with charming smiles. Taxi service here is hard to find. You need to walk some 200m to a junction to find a taxi. This is a general situation in most hotels in Awka. Finally, I would recommend this hotel for a private, solo stay. Not recommended for business stay nor for family.
