So sweet hotel
Reviewed By batam222Thanks az all time familly with yours Horrible experience. I had booked an airport pick up but when I arrived there was nobody waiting for me. After 2 calls to the hotel and 1 hour of waiting their driver finally showed up. Nobody apologized. The reception staff is unbearably arrogant and incompetent. Check-in and check-out took over 20 mins. Definitely way overpriced for what it is!

Good hotel let down by poor breakfast
Reviewed By colinbjModest hotel centrally located - rooms reasonable, staff friendly, quite location, easily accessible however the breakfast is really rather indifferent - limited selection (other than baked goods) only hard boiled eggs, no fresh vegetables at all (eg tomatoes) and one day no fresh fruit at all. Really could do much better.

Don’t bother.
Reviewed By ph2072I booked this hotel via Booking.com a few days before my trip here, thinking that the cheaper price would benefit my budget. The plan was to stay for 10 nights. Upon arrival, I was told that my credit card was declined, which is weird because my card was good. Called my card company quite a few times and was assured that there was nothing wrong with my card. My room was on the 4th floor - the top floor - with no elevator. The winding staircase is quite tall (see photo) so it was very difficult to walk up & down, with or without luggage. My room left much to be desired also - the toilet seat was broken, the shower was somewhat substandard so I didn’t even try using it, and the bed was uncomfortable. After 2 nights of going back & forth with hotel staff about my credit card and THEN being told that the hotel only takes cash, being informed that the hotel doesn’t have a credit card machine despite that being advertised as an amenity on Booking.com, and finding out that there’s no elevator despite an elevator being advertised as an amenity on Booking.com, I left and booked myself at a more expensive but better hotel. I stayed at the better hotel for the rest of my stay. If you want to save money, feel free to stay here. But if you want comfort and proper amenities, don’t bother.

Reviewed By Charlotte DThe room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is well situated 2 minutes from Didouche Mourad Street. The best about this place is the staff at the reception who went out of their way on a couple of occasions to help us out. Very friendly and welcoming, highly recommended.

Aceptable place to stay for a solo traveller
Reviewed By MikePMadridThe Hotel was nice, breakfast was ok, (I wonder how the algerians maintain their size with a light breakfast). The respcionist was very accomodating despite his limited English, Connection to center was by train which is regular, witha Taxi rack nearby the Hotel. The rooms laked a writting desk The only catch was that the eating places around are mainly prepared for the local population, but ate fairly well just outside the Hotel. I recomend visitors to buy an algerian SIM card especially if your stay is for a period of more than a week since you get a number of business cards from the locals and may nedd them at any time. Take only official TAxis though they may look expensive they usually provide better services. The Hotel is just next to the airport so one will be at the airport in no time

Es un hotel sencillo con desayuno incluido y un personal en recepcion muy amables, la ubicacion tampoco es que sea muy buena pero tienes restaurantes y fast food muy cerca. Las habitaciones pequeñas y el aseo deja mucho que desear,las ventanas no cierran bien y se olle todo lo que hacen en otras habitaciones. Es recomendable pedir habitacion que de a la calle. El guardia d la puerta si vas solo te acompaña al restaurante y se espera a que cenes para volver..como todo por una propina. Llevate un insecticida para los mosquitos

Reviewed By PhilSgnPrix payé pour une nuit : 82€. Inadmissible d’être accueilli dans un lieu pareil, étant annoncé comme un hôtel possédant des « étoiles ». Obligés de se faufiler entre le bureau et le lit, agencement dénué de logique. On en est à se demander si ça vaut le coup de prendre une douche pour en ressortir plus sale. Niveau d’hygiène déplorable, moisissures dans la douche, robinets sales, impossible d’avoir une autre chambre après réclamation. Très frugal petit déjeuner proposé (yaourts principalement). Débit internet très faible voire inexistant (0.7). Ne convient pas pour un déplacement professionnel puisqu’il est impossible de travailler sur la surface « bureau » proposée et avec un tel débit.
