We've passed the night 23/24 July 2018 with my family are we really enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend this Hotel. My Best Regards to all the staff for their hospitality. Merci beaucoup ?

Needs a lot of work done to it
Reviewed By Helen NThis hotel is in a very poor state but situated very near a museum we were to visit. This hotel would not have been a choice I would have made, it was done for us. It is situated off the main Avenue down a side lane way. On entering the grounds one notices the lack of any kind of maintenance, the garden is let go, the swimming pools look like they have been empty for a very long time with very high weeds and the surrounding paths could trip one up with pavers missing and big holes. Our room was much the same as the general surrounds. Poorly maintained, looked like the carpet (what was left of it had not become acquainted with a vacuum cleaner ever.) and air-conditioning could not be switched off and set on hot. It was summer and very hot outside. The bathroom surprisingly enough was better than we expected, relatively clean and we had hot water. we had breakfast and dinner here. Some of us got food poisoning from the dinner which was buffet. We did have wifi which was slow. I suppose it was expected as the place was so run down. The only good thing about this place was we could walk to the museum, which was small but excellent.

Wonderful, reasonable hotel in Sétif
Reviewed By DavidNebraskaAlgeria is a beautiful country, but the hospitality industry is not yet well developed. Hotels can be an adventure, especially if you are traveling on a budget. After staying in some questionable hotels in other cities, I was delighted at the reception and facilities of the Hôtel Frantz Fanon. This is a fairly new hotel, so there aren't many reviews of it yet. If you are planning a visit to Sétif, this should be your address. The rooms were clean, modern, air-conditioned, and very reasonable. Comfortable bed, nice work desk and chair, television, spacious closets, and the cleanest bathroom I saw in an Algerian hotel. (The housekeeping staff does a good job.) The staff was friendly and helpful, I immediately felt at home there. The manager was very kind and accommodating. My room was on one of the upper floors, with a nice balcony and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. I enjoyed the breakfast pastries, coffee, and juice in the pleasant restaurant area each morning. Wireless internet service is included. I didn't have my laptop with me, and was allowed to use a house computer in the lower level. The Frantz Fanon also has nice facilities if you need to organize meetings. The location is fairly central but it might be tricky to locate when you first arrive. You will find it at the corner of Fida and Frantz Fanon Streets. One can easily explore the town center on foot from the hotel. Slept very well for three nights, enjoyed my room. I was traveling with a colleague who shares my positive assessment of this hotel. I look forward to my next visit!
