Szczecinek (Polish pronunciation: [ʂt͡ʂɛˈt͡ɕinɛk]; German: Neustettin; Kashubian: Nowé Sztetëno) is a city in Middle Pomerania, northwestern Poland with a population of more than 40,000 (2011). Formerly in the Koszalin Voivodeship (1950–1998), it has been the capital of Szczecinek County in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship since 1999. It is an important railroad junction, located along the main Poznań - Kolobrzeg line, which crosses less important lines to Chojnice, Słupsk and Runowo Pomorskie. The city boundaries were expanded in 2009 to include Świątki and Trzesieka, a total area of 48.63 square kilometres (18.78 square miles).

The church is obviously a beautiful landmark that you can't miss when in Szczecinek, but we were even more fascinated with its acoustics - we went back for a second visit as it was hosting a pipe organ classical concert. Beautiful ambience and an altogether delightful expirience!

Przepiękny ratusz na małym ryneczku z kawiarniami. Jeśli chcesz chwilę odpocząć, napić się kawę i zjeść dobre ciasto to warto się tu wybrać gdyż ratusz jest ładny a mały wyremontowany ryneczek jest zachęcający i pozwala się odprężyć od podróży.

Der Bunker war Teil einer in den Jahren vor dem 2. Weltkrieg von den Deutschen errichteten Verteidigungslinie ("Pommernwall"), weil hier in der Nähe von Szczecinek (Neustettin) damals die Grenze zwischen Deutschland und Polen verlief. Er ist ein zweistöckiges Gebäude, in dem bis zu 45 Soldaten Platz fanden. Leider konnte ich es nur von außen besichtigen, da die Metalltür am Eingang verschlossen war, aber auch von außen war es beeindruckend. Auf dem Platz vor dem Gebäude stehen ein Panzer und mehrere Geschütze. Nach dem Besuch dieses Ortes kann man einen Spaziergang durch den Wald zum nur wenige 100 m entfernten See machen.

Ładny zamek w ładnym miasteczku, jest obok jeziora więc jeśli ktoś chce wybrać się na weekend to jest to dobre miasteczko, a sam zamek jest wart zatrzymania się po drodze.

Pomnik jednego z największych Polaków. Nie jest to wyjątkowy pomnik ale cieszę się iż nawet w małych miejscowościach coś takiego powstaje.

Miło jest widzieć drobne historyczne budynki wciąż będące w użytku. Nie jest tak łatwo znaleźć daną atrakcję mimo iż jest blisko rynku ale dobrze iż jest i warto nią zobaczyć przy okazji.

Na Facebooku jest dobrze i to bardzo dobrze. Jednak w realu obsługa czasami jest nie miła, No i jeszcze te ceny raz widziałam magnez za 39 zł. To chyba delikatna przesada.
