Ein schönes kleines Schigebiet in Mitteldeutschland. Ideal für die drumherumlebenden Deutschen und nicht weit weg für Niederländer und Belgier. Zugegeben man ist schnell die Piste runter und auch wieder rauf, aber es macht Spaß und die Einkehrschwünge kann man hier auch machen. Für die Köln-Nahen reicht es um 06:00 Uhr aufzustehen, um dann schon um 08:00 Uhr auf der Piste zu sein.

This is a spectacular cave with unique creations made by the mineral waters. It is rather dark, but the guide, who spoke great English, used his flashlight to indicate the formations. It is not safe for those with mobility issues or those with babies or toddlers. Lots of steps and slippery surfaces.

It's a very nice place to go with kids. They can play for many hours and you kind of just watching, no lines because it's like a giant park play, the only line it's for the train and is each 30 minutes on that ride you can enjoy a few animals around, feed them and go to the upper part and then take the "lift" to go down.

Was in Dusseldof, Germany and wanted to do a brewery tour so we chose Krombacher. You pay 8 euro per person and as you would expect you get a nice walk through in and around all the workings of a large brewery including the bottleing, brewing, heating etc. At the end of the tour, you get to taste the beer.
OK, here is the kicker...on "normal" brewery tours I've been on you get one, maybe two samples....here, we sat down at a nice table and the beers kept coming and coming and coming. AND, they serve you a light lunch (bread, butter, prosciutto, pickles.) Place is clean, fresh and everyone is super fun...no surprise. Highly recommend this visit.
Oh, tours are in German so might be a challenge to understand parts of the tour but regardless, worth it!

Kucuk bir yerlesim Yapilacak seyler cok sınırlı ve sıkıcı.Kucuk bir golun etrafinda topu topu iki restorant yapilmis yer bulabilirseniz şanslısınız tabi sparişiniz de 1 saatten önce geldiyse çok çok şanslısınız .Yine aynı güzergahta kapalı yüzme havuzu var deneyebilirsiniz.Köln, Siegen ,Dortmund yakin oralara gidebilirsiniz.Iyi egilenceler

Stayed here one night because of an early appopintment in nearby Attendorn. If you are on holiday the place is ok. If you are on buisiness you miss some items in your room like a decent desk. Sleeping quality is good, breakfast didnt appear to me not with good quality products.
I guess for almost 100 € there might be better places around. Staff well efficient and well trained as you should expect a 4 star rating place.

Hier haben freiwillige Helfer einen Bauernhof in die 'gute alte Zeit' zurück versetzt. Der Hof und die Anlage wurden perfekt her gerichtet und bieten einen Einblick, wie unsere Vorfahren im Sauerland früher gelebt haben. Im zweigen Geschoss sind viele Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet worden und hinterlassen einen bleibenden Eindruck.
Kaffee und Kuchen sind verfügbar.

The place is situated overlooking an artificial lake with dam and consists of a lighthouse and coffee/lunch place with in- and outdoor Seating.
Seating is very comfortable and the waitresses are very efficient and friendly.
They offer a wide range in cakes and light dinners.
The toilets are very good, large and spotlessly clean!
From here you can stroll round the lake or take a sightseeing tour round the lake.
To be recommended!
