Reviewed By Laci88Párommal három éjszakát töltöttünk a panzióban. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Pazar reggeli, tisztaság, nyugodt környezet. Ajánljuk mindenkinek! A fürdő a panzióval szemben van, szinte pár lépésre. A Nádasdy vár, a csónakázó tó és az arborétum is gyalog pár perc séta.

Reviewed By Viktor KI stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel due to business purpose. I was staying for few days here in 2012, and it was much more cleaner. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, I even put on some weight... The room as I said could be cleaner, there us a need for overall carpet replacement, the bed is too soft. The towels were changed on daily basis, which was a surprise. The owners are very very kind and showed their hospitality during my stay. I would like to recommend them to make small enhancement on this hotel and they will find out increasing of satisfied feedbacks and come backs of tourists.

Great hotel near the termal spa
Reviewed By Peter RGreat hotel near the thermal spa. Only problem that I experienced was a bit difficult communication with the hotel stuff as they spoke a limited German/ English. The rooms were clean and equipped with TV and refrigerator. Hotel is located relatively in quiet area of Sárvár.

Good value at an excellent location
Reviewed By Laszlo KThe hotel is near the historical centre, it is practically at the castle. The buidling is new, well maintained. Our appartement was very clean, of the right size. Being under the roof there were some compromises, mostly no problem, but the kitchen was very uncomfortable: the ceiling is too low to have a glass of water. We rented the appartement for 6, but it was really equipped for 4: 4 chairs, glasses, plates, etc. - a few more glasses should not cost much - 2 had to sleep on a sofa bed (this was expected) that was very hard (this was not). No places to dry towels. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly. Parking in the garden was a plus. Overall a very good value for the price.

Reviewed By TravellerBCSSo first of all, the owning company has a smaller accommodation called Wolf Panzió as well, so be aware! First of all: The room was dated, 90's style. Not up to 2020 3* standard, even in Hungary. The staff is extremely rude, do not care at all. The food is mediocre. But the nicest part is coming just now: At the check-in the receptionist refused to accept the payment method we discussed beforehand!!! The consumption in the restaurant can only be paid by cash and cannot be paid together with the room. At the check-in we received our bill split in 3 separate bills each with different company names on it! (It is illegal, I do not need to be tax controller for knowing this.) Can you imagine standing at the reception, you are supposed to pay but you are unable because they do not accept that was said they would accept??? What is happening in this place??? I know it's kind of cheap but come on...

Ennek ellenére a saját belső udvaron parkolási díjat kell fizetni, amit nem jeleznek előre, ráadásul a környéken ingyen lehet parkolni, felháborító! Recepció gyakorlatilag nincs, telefonon elérhetetlenek. Annak ellenére, hogy az előzetes tájékoztatásban egy ott dolgozó hölgy azt mondta, hogy csak a hétvége feláras, ettől függetlenül napi 2000Ft/fő felárat számoltak hét közben, még a gyerekektől is. Ezek szerint hétvégén nagyságrendekkel többe kerülne, mint amennyiért hirdetik ill. árulják minden portálon hirdetve! Ez az igazi lehúzás! A szobák szépek, a reggeli jó. Félpanzió elméletileg lehetséges, gyakorlatilag 10 órakor még nem lehet tudni mi a választék, mert valahonnan hoznak valamit 1800Ft/fő-ért! Egyébként akár jó is lehetne a környék adottságai végett!

Not a great visit at all
Reviewed By NotdunroamingThe trip to this place was a disaster possibly because it was sandwiched between such nice accommodation in Sopron and Zalaszentgrot. The staff were OK, the rooms a bit dated, the towels and bedding poor quality and stained, the heating uncontrollably hot. That was just about OK but the disco thumping out immediately below us (along with the shouting choir!) until 4:00am was the final straw. No-one ever mentioned this, be it at the point of booking or when we arrived, quite a fundamental point I would have thought. Another couple in our party complained at 1:00am and were offered a room at the sister Wolf Hotel but they had to take their bedding with them on a cold walk across the street. We eventually joined them at about 3:30am, sleeping on bunk beds in their room, but managed little sleep after that. The next morning the breakfast was OK but the hotel owner refused initially to accept that there had been any issues, said that no-one else had complained that night or before and it only happened once a month anyway. Not a polite person at all. I don't know if she was being honest but I saw a lot of guests who looked like they hadn't slept much at all. Sarvar is worth visiting, lovely thermal baths and old town but plenty of better places to stay. Definitely not a guest house or hotel that will see us again!

Reviewed By dariav964Это был почти идеальный вариант на Букинге: удобный, комфорный, с отличными отзывами, рядом с замком и в пешей доступности от спа-центра. Ещё и за смешные деньги. В описании номера студио было указано, что имеется одна большая кровать и 2 односпальные. Для нас раздельные кровати были принципиальным моментом, мы специальный фильтр поставили. На всякий случай дополнительно указали это при бронировании. В ответ прилетело сообщние, что в номере только одна двуспальная кровать. На наши просьбы пояснить, как же так, вот же в описании указано, выяснилось, что есть 1 односпальная кровать в "галерее для детей, где очень низкие потолки". Всё это в довольно хамской манере. Разумеется, мы отмерили бронирование и мягко попросили хозяина изменить описание. В ответ - опять грубость, дескать, это всем ясно, кроме вас. В общем, нам повезло, что мы туда не заехали.
