The Hotel Mayer*** Superior is found ont he Northen coast of lake Balaton in Alsóörs, 12 kms from Veszprém, not far from Bakony Hills, which has healthy climate and picturesque countryside. The access to Alsóörs and the hotel is perfect on otorway M7 and route 8 and 71. The railway and coach network are also optimal to reach the place. Our hotel is 800 meter from the lake in calm environment. It has got 18 double rooms with extra beds and 2 apartmans. The size of rooms is big enough to accomodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) comfortably. All the rooms are equipped with modern bathrooms, minibar, TV and air-conditioning. In the park round the hotel you can foind sunbathing terrace, garden-pool for adults and for children. Three times a week we invite our guests for grill and barbecue parties at our open-air furnace. In the poolbar of our hotel you can find all kind of drinks, which you can choose.Our family-type Hotel Mayer*** Superior is waiting for you all over the year.

Reviewed By Petr_Dohnalwe chose the mayer hotel for our bike trip at the lake. the hotel is in a quiet area near the lake. This is a beautiful family hotel. very nice owners. the rooms are clean, well equipped and cozy. The hotel has a beautiful indoor terrace with a bar, a heated pool and a beautiful sauna. I warmly recommend. we will definitely be back here

Reviewed By tesi0811Aki azért megy, hogy berúgjon bulizzon és utána legyen hol elaludni, azoknak tökéletes a hely. Egy kollégiuról beszélünk minden rossz tulajdonságával, zajos, kopott stb. A személyzet nagyon kedves, wi-fi sajnos csak az aulában van.( ezt sosem tudom felfogni, ennyi erőből csak a portás mellet), minek írják ki hogy ingyenes Fifi mikor csak egy 5*5 ös helyen lehet netezni. Az elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, a legjobb helyen van.

We are 165 km from Budapest. A unique atmosphere, right beside the biggest lake in Europe - Balaton. Beautiful green areas, big garden, outdoor cookings, rent-a-bike, wifi, beach, bar, parties , games and more...
Everyone was very nice
Reviewed By pergervivien9Everyone was very nice. We stopped for one night while doing the bike tour around Balaton. It was perfect to shower and sleep. Coffee is amazing!!! Maybe it’s a bit pricey, but in the neighborhood it was the most wallet friendly.

The place opened quite recently and Bence, the owner definitely managed to create something unique which stands out from the typical hungarian accommodation types. They have an amazing Gin, Rum And Whisky selection just in case you are tired of the wine tasting tours. It’s located few minutes walks from the vineyards. Rooms are simple but modern and clean! I definitely recommend it for your next stay in Badacsonytomaj.

Pegue um quarto com cozinha!
Reviewed By Natalia MVim estudar em Vezprem e me indicaram que não ficasse aqui pois os quartos não tinham banheiro privado. Quando cheguei, me alocaram no andar térreo, que oferece quartos com cozinha e banheiro privado. Estes quartos são ótimos e espaçosos, as camareiras vem limpa-lo duas vezes por semana e de duas em duas semanas trocam as toalhas e roupas de cama. As recepcionistas falam ingles e estão sempre disponíveis para dúvidas, e há uma lanchonete dentro do Alojamento muito boa, que oferece desde cafés até Kebab. Há serviço de lavanderia, e para utiliza-lo, basta depositar 200 forints na máquina de lavar. Há como utilizar ferro de passar, é só pedir na recepção. Um quarto compartilhado sai em média 140 euros por mes! Para aluga-lo sozinho, o preço vai para 200 e pouco.

Reviewed By NikolettT55Egy éjszakàt töltöttünk a hotelben. A többi balatoni szállással ellentétben itt nem igazán láttuk az igyekezetet, hogy igazán minőségi élményt nyújtsanak. A reggeli választék szegényes, a jacuzzi nem üzemelt. Ennek ellenére a szemèlyzet kedvessége kárpótolt minket nèmileg. Árban nagyon kedvező, viszont ennek megfelelő a színvonal is.

Reviewed By Grace_HarmonyImádtuk az itt eltöltött hetet! Szuper kis családi szoba; kis hűtő és igényesen, szépen kialakitott fürdőszoba! Vonattól csak pár száz méterre, ami nekem pont jó (a közelség), mert két gyermekkel és egy heti csomaggal, csak pár perc kényelmes séta volt a hotelig!!!! Segítőkész recepciós bácsi! Cuki Mirmur cica!!! Várjuk az idei nyarat, utószezont, hogy ismét idelátogassunk!

Lousy and overpriced
Reviewed By I_said_StahlWe spent one night here with friends while cycling around lake Balaton. The route is recommended, this place isn't. Our reception was grumpy already and our disappointment just went on and on. No fridge, 6 beds on 10 sq meters, only 4 toilets for the entire house (40 guests aprox) and 2 of them were not even working. For all this we paid about 50% more than other places around Balaton. Avoid this place if you wanna do yourself a favor.
