Clean Place, Close to the Beach
Reviewed By ThueLopA short walk to the beach, We had rooms with a balcony large enough to sit and enjoy snacks and wine. The large room was perfectly clean and well ventilated. We had the end room, but as soon as a family occupied several rooms, it became quite noisy. Tip: do not order breakfast.

Reviewed By TRB4Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 people and paid about 47 euro a night for a decent sized appartement with a good bed and a clean bathroom. Fridge and a little TV are available. WiFi works fine. Staff was kind and helpful. For 5 euro pp extra there was a tasteful breakfast. Didn't use the pool because of the bad weather. There is a small UV-sauna on the top floor of the building. Private parking available. Only downside would be the location: about 20min walking to the waterfront.

Комната действительно небольшая, стол и стулья находились на терассе-балконе, но тем приятнее были трапезы на свежем воздухе. В каждых аппартаментах имеется мини-кухня мо всем необходимым, я готовила на ней даже суп-гуляш. Интернет на приемлемой скорости. Отдых прошел очень здорово во многом благодаря удачному выбору места обитания!

Unicum Apartment house has earned its name on the basis of its unique architectural style. It is situated on the green-belt of Heviz 800 metres from the famous spa lake. It was built in 2003 and it was given title of "The most beautiful house of Heviz" in 2004.
Execellent services and friendly staffs

We called to the reception 2 weeks before we came and talked to them, they gave us all kinds of information about how to get here from Budapest, and local point of interests, and what to prepare. After we got here, they help us to get around the Heviz and Keszthley. They even help us to get ride share back to Budapest which costed only two-third of the train ticket but faster and door to door service. As this is our first time traveling in Hungary, they gave us wonderful experience and memories about Hungary, Heviz, and Keszthley. We stayed at apartment 14 at third floor. It is very roomy and good furnishes.

Közös konyha (amit az ott lakó gondnok is használ), közös fürdő. A mellékhelyiség büdös, törölközőt nem adnak. A konyha alig felszerelt. Hívtuk a probléma miatt a menedzsert, aki kinyomta a telefont, és a következő 2 napban sem hívott vissza minket. A gondnok semmiről nem tud, és semmiben nem dönt.

Our apartmenthouse is 10 minute walk from the thermal lake and the city center.High-quality, spacious, nicely furnished, radiating harmony, apartments with separate entrances. The apartments have kitchen-living room-dining room functions, parquet floor bedroom, bathroom with bath, separate toilet. In addition, there are studio apartments and two bedroom apartments as well. Partly own terrace.Our apartments are suitable for a couple of days of travel, a two-week holidays, but just a few months, longer stays. Families, couples, groups of friends alike is recommended.Equipment: satellite TV, DVD player, refrigerator, electric hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchen utensils.Wellness area with sauna, massage, outdoor jakuzzi, tea-corner. Bycicles and ping-pong table are available.

Reviewed By Nguyet JIsabelle was an excellent host and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The surrounding gardens were a delight too and the apartment is a good walking distance from the thermal lake. Would definitely recommend!

Stanze spaziosissime quasi monolocali.. Ci sono molti servizi tra cui la piscina. Colazione ricca e abbondante dal dolce al salato. La signora che gestisce l hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile...parla poco inglese e meglio il tedesco. Se volete l alternativa al solito albergo Villa Fortuna è quello che cercate

Reviewed By Ronnie0419Rooms are very small and the whole apartment is dirty, asked for baby chair /wasn’t there. Baby bed ( travel cot) was disgusting ( didn’t use it) also not enough room to put it in bedroom. Internet connection is very slow or not working. Fridge was switched off on arrival and took 24 hours to get it cool done because of bad installation ( door not closing properly) For the price what we paid I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
