We were little bit contemplating about visiting this restaurant because of the different views on Tripadvisor. Finally, our hotel receptionist recommended this place and that was the final push…. I wish we had not done that!
We were four of us and 3 out of the 4 dishes were unbelievable salty. 1 dish was completely uneatable, that was beef stew. The meat was sinewy and the dumplings were not cooked well! DO NOT ORDER THIS, unless you are with your enemies! :-)
Finally, we ordered some coffees. Well, that was like piss…. That was the final nail into our Sunday “lunch” coffin!
However, the pizzas looked nice, we should have ordered pizzas (?) but after this horror lunch I would avoid this place!

We have stopped in to this little restaurant just near the Thermal Spas in Sarvar a couple of times over the years. It is part of the Harmonia Hotel .... and that looks like its had some major renovations recently (and perhaps a new name?). On this trip we stopped for lunch on the patio. Ask for the meat plate and bread.... it is a huge plate that can be shared by two. It includes some cheeses and cold cuts. Loved it. it was like having a summer picnic right there on the spot. There coffee is also excellent. Try the desserts, too.
Typical Hungarian fare. Good prices, too.

A nicely designed and built farm-unit: without practical farming.
The central building was erected more than 100 years ago - it is converted to a nice hotel -rooms with ensuite bathroom.
A lovely lobby, and a terrace-restaurant makes it "alike" b similar estate in Bratain.
Some more buildings have also been made (partly re-made):
stables for the many horses they have, an other wing for the guests, and even a sauna building for additional comfort.
The park is quite large, and the whole complex is just across the Spa of SÁRVÁR (which is one of the best and biggest water-entertainment units in Hungary).
For those on "budget" - even a small Camping is operated in the premises.
The whole Farm is nicely maintained

Not typical place, a milk products only. But what a products! Like a childhood dreams…especially a milk rise pudding with fruit. And a coffe is excellent too. Worth to try.

Currently the best place to eat in Sarvar in my opinion, The food quality is very good. Try the Tinody platter! Also good salads, perfect vegetarian and local cuisine. The service speed is rather OK for the area but far less professional compared to central europe or US level. But you are good taken care of. Prices are rather low compared with other good quality restaurants in Sarvar.

Im Zuge eines 2tägigen Thermenbesuches war ich mit meiner 7jährigen Tochter das erste Mal hier. Die Speisekarte besteht hauptsächlich aus Menüs, die sich teilweise Tag für Tag ändern und teilweise eine Woche lang gleich bleiben. Insgesamt eine sehr grosse Auswahl an Suppen, Hauptspeisen und Nachspeisen. Die freundliche Bedienung spricht sehr gut deutsch. Der Preis ist sehr günstig; wir werden jedenfalls wiederkommen.

Forget it. Chic and modern looking new establishment just off the main street in Sarvar and 1 block or so to the Nadasdy Castle. We stopped in around 7:30 pm one evening in August. Coffee shop/bar (on the main floor) was about 1/3 full, and just a few people out on the patio. We sat for a full 20 minutes with absolutely NO service. There were sufficient staff on duty and at times they were up at the bar chatting or straightening some tables and chairs. Not possible to not be seen when you are a customer there. Walked out and will never, ever return.

I had the opportunity to visit Ahoy, she's my wife and I must say we were extremely satisfied with both the food and the staff ... Just about the waiter did not understand when I told him everything said in English and German, the woman I was talking to Czech and himself I am from Poland! Otherwise ... Thanks for a pleasant, stylish restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, everything was top ... the food, the staff. Keep it up!

We found this restaurant accidentally on our way home from Balaton. We didn't expect lot but we were really positively surprised. Excellent and great looking food. Every food from the card has idea and its bit different from classic and other central European restaurant. Even if you are not big fan of meat you can find culinary experience here.
