The employees are super friendly and always willing to help you in any way they can. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was a fresh oasis to the heat in Paysandu! We look forward to returning to stay there again.

Bare bones hotel in a terrific location
Reviewed By csmith123We opted for a top floor room with a terrace. The room itself was very bare bones. If you want a hair dryer or remote control for the television, you need to borrow it from the front desk. The shower hot water would cut off periodically, you just need to be able to move quick and wait for it to come back again after a few seconds. The location cannot be beat. Overlooking a quaint square with plenty of tapas restaurants, musicians and acrobats. We enjoyed our terrace every night. I would stay again despite the fairly spartan accomodations. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Diego AVery kind hotel staff, great meals and food, buffet type although served by personnel with strict sanitary measures. Warm spring thermal water pools, both indoor and outdoors, ideal for year-round enjoy. A place to relax and have a pleasant vacation. Will go back soon!

Beautiful cozy hotel
Reviewed By TaoswomanAs well as an interesting town. We loved it there. Ate twice at a restaurant recommended by owner. I didn't try the swimming pool but the breakfast and staff were delightful. The staff was very accommodating.We all had a good massage as well.

Clean comfortable rooms with all the amenities you might need, warm rooms with air conditioning. Really loved spending time here with my family, we will definitely come back.

CANCELARON NUESTRA RESERVA DE BOOKING SIN NINGUN MOTIVO
Reviewed By BalearBaerAl llegar allí nos dijo el encargado que Booking había anulado nuestra reserva, además todo telefónicamente, nunca dió la cara. El día 26/11/2018, nos pidió un depósito de 1.000 pesos uruguayos y cuando hicimos la reserva a través de Uds. nos descontaron al momento de hacer la reserva 40 € y el día 16/01/2019, 17 € más. Creemos que es muy poco serio lo que nos hizo éste Sr. y según nos han dicho en el lugar no somos los primeros a los que les hace lo mismo el dueño. No es un lugar que merezca estar en Booking ya que da muy mala imagen y poca confiabilidad. Nosotros tuvimos que buscar un nuevo alojamiento, pagar nuevamente por algo que ya teníamos y confiábamos tener reservado... Queremos saber los depósitos que hice cómo harán para devolvermelos ya que los hicieron a través de mí tarjeta de crédito y no es justo que tenga que pagar por algo que no utilice. Nuevamente solicito también que sancionen al Remanso de Almirón cómo corresponde y espero que me digan en qué consistió la sanción. Gracias --------- La reserva existia aun hoy en Booking, dia 31, de enero, ahora en Booking para que no podemos reclamar, porque no les habiamos llamado por telefono, osea tienes que hacer una llamada internacional que te dejan en espera.... para tener derecho a reclamar... y como no pudimos dormir en el Remanso de Almiron, ni derecho a opinar .... ya es la acabose...!!!
