Hodgepodge of rooms, great owner
Reviewed By SR22Aquarella has several different buildings, added on over the years, and I'm sure the quality varies. The WiFi was OK, the bed was fine. Bathroom was very small, and it was impossible not to get water all over the floor during a shower. We thought it was expensive - about $230USD per night. We didn't have breakfast. The owner was EXTREMELY helpful with local suggestions and arranging cabs for us.

Reviewed By sarahbN1373LZThis place was fantastic! The owner met us at the front gate and was very friendly and helpful. We were there a bit early but he invited us to use the pool while we waited. Once we got into our room, we were thrilled. The room was beautiful and immaculate! We were a 5 min walk from Punta Viuja and a 20 min walk from Punta de los Pescadores. We chose to walk to Pescadores twice in a day because it seemed to be where the action was (restaurants, bars, shops). Breakfast was served but we decided to hit the road a bit early and when we checked out, the owner asked us what our route to Punta del Este was. He gave us a different route that took us down the coast and it was perfect! Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Cuatro Mozas is located 100 meters from the central beach in Punta del Diablo. The project is sustainable making a low impact in the environment. It has one of the nicest views over the balcony to the ocean, the dunes and first houses of the town.
Excellent stay
Reviewed By outofofficereplyonI stayed at Cuatro Mozas for 4 nights (initially 3, then extended) in November 2015. I had the Sunrise Loft to myself and loved it! The cabin was fantastic, safe, superclean and well furnished. It really had all I needed and I could have lived there :-). The location is great, a few minutes away from the supermarket, the restaurants and the amazing beaches of Punta del Diablo. Francois, who manages Cuatro Mozas when the owner is away, was always very helpful and prompt in providing information and recommendations about the area. Well done guys!

It is a venture designed to enjoy untouched nature. The complex is lost in the immensity of a secluded beach where predominant is the natural landscape: beach and forest. Located 150 meters from the beach of San Antonio, the city of La Pedrera is 5 km away and only 30 Km from Cabo Polonio. The cabins are integrated in harmony with the environment, and his style continues to offer comfort, highlighting the taste and decor. We have eight cabins type lofts, all with bathroom and fully equipped - refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, toaster and crockery. Wood furniture, excellent beds and comfortable armchairs level give this paradise. They offer free Wi-Fi in the common area. Thatch roofs give a warmth and unparalleled freshness. They have ceiling fans and high recovery water heaters, all openings have mosquito nets. The TV was excluded intentionally to propose fully enjoy the harmony of the place, disconnect and forget about the everyday. Simple architecture, minimal environmental impact harmoniously inserted into the natural landscape. Each cottage has a large deck to enjoy the peace in the comfortable hammocks and lounge chairs logs. From there, enjoy the sun, the stars and the moon is amazing to candlelight. Aloha Village features a barbecue area, fogon field and plow disc. Parking is free. Located 107 km from Punta del Este. With regard to services, we include in the rate of water consumption, electricity and gas. White clothing provide service (sheets and towels)with weekly change. We have the possibility of hiring a cleaning service and rent horses for horseback riding in a harmonious environment of forest and beach. We do not accept pets.

Reviewed By mermaid112Our room with private bathroom was given away. No discount on the price. Thin wooden floors walls ceilings with termites eating their way through it. Extremely loud music played by the owner. This is his way of 'entertaining' the guests. He said it's normal because he runs a hostel. ?!? Filthy shared spaces like shower kitchen. Non-existing swimmingpool, weedplantation for own use. Hotelprice for the worst hostel in 3 months

Best place in Punta del Diablo
Reviewed By livius44This was the best place we've found in Punta del Diablo. Nice, quiet, clean, a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. To mention the breakfast, the best we've had in the whole Uruguay! Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful! Thanks to Mary again, she even offered to buy us the bus tickets for the next day, as she was living next to the bus station. Definitely we would recommend this place to everyone!

Perfect relaxing place
Reviewed By 487kaytieThis was our second stay in La Paloma. I am from Scotland and my family with 2children live in the city of Buenos Aires. It was a brilliant place to spend the week. Very close to the beach, with a small but adequate pool and a bit of garden to sit and read a book in. The little houses were very comfortable and roomy and clean. The kitchen space was also good. The whole ambiance was maintained by Daniel who met us on arrival. He could not have been more pleasant and very very helpful. He is a mine of information about the local,area and very happy to share this to make your holiday the best. On the Thursday there was. A communal meal organised by Daniel with kids entertainment. This was so nice and meant we got to know another family. I can't praise Daniel enough! So really do recommend the Coco Loco lodges.

Perfect Vacation

Difficult for a German not to find anything to complain about, but this place is probably the best I've stayed in in whole South America!
