The 8 Best Things to do in Marymount, Singapore

January 29, 2022 Layne Dawes

The Singapore cityscape looks like it was ripped from the pages of a science fiction comic book. If you’re hungry for a true Singapore experience, sample the myriad street foods or take a cultural cooking class. The Botanic Gardens and the Gardens By the Bay offer a slice of horticultural heaven, and the observation deck of the Sands SkyPark makes you feel like you’re high above the clouds. The banks and walkways along the Singapore River bustle with local activity.

From the moment we walked in we were treated extraordinarily well. Great check-in. We were quickly led to the changing rooms and shown the sauna and steam rooms. The changing room is clean and nicely set up. Showers are available outside with ample privacy in natural surroundings. When we were changed and ready to go we were led to the treatment room and a truly outstanding experience. Our therapists were friendly and the vibe was relaxed. Our package included a warm foot bath, body scrub, massage and facial. The massages were professional, strong and intuitive and the facial (my first) was awesome. The aromas, the warm creams and treatments and sounds of the music and water made the experience all the more relaxing (it actually rained while we were there). At the end, we were offered a perfect, hot cup of chamomile tea. After the treatments we were given he option to change first and head to the lounge. We did that and upon arrival in the lounge we were served some more tea, this time it was ginger and biscuits. It's tough to imagine a better spa experience from start to finish. Beautiful natural facilities, great service, expert treatments. I recommend Aramsa - The Garden Spa without hesitation and look forward to going back.
