First Visit to Haifa, Israel
Reviewed By garyfotodiverPerfectly adequate for our purpose. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the elevator worked. (Our last trip, in the USA, the hotel's single elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor.Not good for an elderly couple.) I would stay here again.

Don't even go near that horrible place
Reviewed By 59alin5959We were greeted with the warning to keep order and cleanliness. Our requests for towels and soap were frowned upon. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty and disgusting. And to save the best for last, when we left, Mr. Shahar, the owners, ran after us shouting at us, frightening the small children. This place and especially the people who run it are a disgrace. Please stay away!

Very unfriendly service
Reviewed By Zachar RWe have ordered room for 3 nights for 2 adults and 1 child. On arrival we found the room has only one double bed, and no bed for child. Only after long arguing on phone room's owner agreed to add folding bed. The bed quality was so bad it did not allow normal sleeping, and room owner just refused to help anymore. There is no room cleaning nor towels replacement during the stay, one roll of toilet paper. Location is pretty nice, the building is just next to nice beach, with some restaurants on it. There is a free parking, however it's not easy to find free lot near the building itself, but usually there are free lots if you walk few minutes. If I understand correctly, rooms in this building owned by different dealers, so if you find a friendly one - stay here can be nice.

Excellent location
Reviewed By Priya GThis apartment is very good with all basic amenities. Biggest advantage of this place is the point that the location is quite central. One can see the Dan Panorama hotel from this apartment. Also, just opposite to this, one has the Department stores which is very useful.

Reviewed By sababaFrankfurtIn einem sehr netten Viertel auf halber Höhe gelegen, Bushaltestellen um die Ecke, Aussicht auf den Bahai Tempel, wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, nicht alle Zimmer sind so groß, sauber, aber etwas heruntergekommen.

Невероятное хамство и обман при обслуживании- фирменный стиль отеля.
Reviewed By Kira KПри заезде номер категорически не соответсвовал описанию номера при бронировании. Очень грязно, слманная сантехника. Мы возмутиись и обратилсь в букинг. Они посоветовали съехать и две оставшиеся ночи провести в другом отеле. Что мы и решили сделать, но хозяка просто отказалась приехать на следующий день и принять оплату! Она сказала, что приедет тогда, когда ей будет удобно. А у нас была заказана экскурсия. Она вынудила нас остаться в другом номере, как она сказала: тот дороже, но она отдаст его по той же цене! У нас не было выхода, если бы мы уехали, могли быть проблемы с полицией. НО! номер был столь же грязен, разбросанные волосы на полу, стоянку обещанную нам никто не предоставил. Хозяйка посоветовала встать на улице на свободное (запрещенное) место. В ответ на наше замечаниес: тут же нельзя парковаться. она заявила, что полиции тут не бывает! Вообщ, как с гуся вода. А оплату приняла по собственному курсу, который выше общеизраильского значительно. И мы переплатили за все эти сомнительные удовольствия еще 30 евро сверху 360, которые мы отдали за три ночи. Все было категорически плохо. Главное- отношение к нам персонала. Просто шантаж, скандал, хамство и вымогательство. Хуже впечатления за много лет путешествий у нас не было! Не тратьте нервы и деньги! Не стоит останавливаться в Ротшильде.
