Reviewed By S8771HWstephensThe Villa is similar to the other in Bentota. Very quiet and tranquil. Ideal base for safari. There are a number of restaurants nearby however the Villa does offer meals with a decent menu range. Only minor drawback was the level of housekeeping was not as good as Bentota Villa however we had a good relaxing stay

Reviewed By indikab1986Overall, environmentally adopted vilas in spacious land. But room quality was poor and NO TVs, No telephone. Seems pandemic affected to the amenities. But if they want good review frm guests they should have arranged all those. Food choices are almost limited to one and Not fitting into kids.

Reviewed By CarineA0Our party of 5 booked one triple and one double room for one night. We arrived on the 25th April around lunchtime and was told by the owner that he "thought we'd have lunch and come", when we specifically requested lunch to be prepared for our entire party. As our plan was to eat and rush off to Yala to catch a mid afternoon safari. But point to the hotel, as they had lunch prepared within 40 mins of clearing their misunderstanding. The food was good but the dinning area was outdoor and under a tin roof in the scorching sun. Water goblets (or more accurately, milkshake glasses) were placed on the table but we had to specifically request for water to be brought to the table. Ice cream was served after the meal. The AC in the triple room didn't work mid way during the day and one of the employees "fixed it" with a piece of packing tape - stuck on to the blades of the AC to keep it open. We then requested a table or pedestal fan for the room as the overhead fan was not working. Before turning in for the night we specifically mentioned that we will be checking out in the morning at 3am and we settled the bill. We obtained an employees' phone number as they had to unlock the gate for our vehicle to leave. Come 3am the next day no answer on the number provided so we went knocking on the owners door. Another very disgruntled employee opened up the gate for us while muttering curses under her breath. So if you are looking for a place to stay that fits a backpacker budget, this is the place. Don't expect basic amenities to work 100% of the time.

Auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück , etwas von der Hauptstraße entfernt und damit sehr ruhig gelegen, stehen da in dem schönen Garten zwei kleine Bungalows, die alles beinhalten, was man für ein paar Nächte benötigt. Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit AC und TV ( wärs braucht) , Wifi, einem geräumlichen Bad, einer überdachten Terrasse und einem Essen ,- ob Frühstück und dem buchbaren Dinner am Abend alles umfasst , was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Serviert werden die Speisen am Haus, von der liebevollen "Hausherrin" und ihrem ebenso netten Ehemann, der gleichzeitig der Fahrer mit seinem Safariwagen für die buchbaren Touren in die NP ist. Für uns eine Oase der Entspannung, mit sehr netten Gesprächen und toll gestaltenen Ausflügen. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt !

Anu is a great host, the whole family is involved in running the accomodation. The rooms are super clean and nicely furnished, the breakfast was world class and the safari organized by Anu is highly recommended.

Reviewed By matei86The location is superb right next to a rice field with view of a stupa and close to Tissa wewa. The family is unbelievably friendly and humble. The food is very delicious and plenty. The brother of the homestays owner makes Safari cheaper than others. The room is basic but clean. The terrace is very beautiful.
