Guests may choose from few types of rooms and create a wonderful home away from home atmosphere by reserving the entire villa. One guest rooms is located on the ground floor and while the master suite occupies the first floor offering perhaps the best views of the beach and church.
Not very pleasant impressions
Reviewed By Vi LWe booked the room for two nights via booking, when we arrived the host tell us that our room is occupied. The rooms that he proposed us instead were much worse that we booked. We chose the room (we were too tired to looking for some else hotel). In a bathroom we found a lot of hair in a shower drain, and a soap was with someone 's hair that is disgusting. I think this tells a lot about cleanliness. The villa located far away from the main beaches, shops and restaurants (if you have a bike it is not a problem). We also were surprised by the mass(liturgy) in the local catholic st. Saint Sebastian church which is started in 7 pm and 5 am and spreads throughout via megafons. So this is our not very pleasant impressions from this place.

The front of the guest house is facing the main trouist road of negombo. The back of the guest house is facing the beach. Free wifi available. Hot water facilities available. Fanned rooms and air conditinal (with payment) available. The Restaurant is situated behind the guest house facing the sea.
Had a good stay
Reviewed By NkkVrWe had a good stay at this hotel, near the beach. & close to the city center. They also were very kind when we arrived late in the evening/early in the morning & still arranged a taxi. Friendly owners en nice food.

Quiet and nice home stay
Reviewed By barniehWe booked our stay via booking.com and had the room upstairs which is an apartment with a big entrance hall (incl. kitchen) and two rooms with a common bathroom, however we had the bathroom for ourselves only and the other room was empty. The beds are comfy, with a mosquito net (needed). Nice and quiet with occasional tuktuk and dog barking only. It is 5 minutes walk (across the main road) to the sandy beach and to a number of shops and restaurants (on the main road). I liked the greenery around the property (garden with flowers and trees). Breakfast was OK (omelette, toast, fruit, tea). The owners are very kind and helpful, they can arrange a pick-up from the airport too, and if needed, can also offer transport to other cities in Sri Lanka.

An excellent choice near the airport

Very clean, Western style dinner (excellent food), close to the airport (the owner organized a tuk tuk for drop off), very nice and helpful owner (provided me with a trip to a commendable massage parlor). Would definitely recommend

Yesterday I booked a room via WhatsApp with the owner and because I was there at the begginin of my traveling to sri Lanka I decided to go back to the same place because obsiously I'm here tonight and then flying out of sri Lanka What a terrible experience on my last days in sri Lanka. I specifically asked for the same room where I was before but surprise!!! When I got here after 5 hours bus in the middle of the day boiling hot The owner told me there was no room only a really horrible one with a little window.. Feeling like in prison... I really don't know why this people are able to cheat on this I felt so incredibly tired and had to walk and look for another place. What a horrible people.. I felt like all my journey in sri Lanka was waisted but not because I can honestly say that where there is no tourist you get the best treatment But I can honestly say to every one not to go there.. I felt disgusted the way this people treated me Thank you

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! THIEVES!!!
Reviewed By aidoruI could give it ZERO. A holiday ruined in one night of stay. Bad structure. Bad management. Simply authorized thieves. The owner forgets to pick us up at the airport. Arrived at the hotel requires payment of the advance night. And at the time of check-out we realize that we were robbed of our money locked in the backpack inside the locked room. The thief is one of the employees of the structure who has not returned to work since the day after the theft and despite the complaint and the evidence of the fact, the owner refuses to reimburse us for the amount stolen. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!! THIEVES !!!!
