Reviewed By shinadayan211: no wifi free as it’s very weak so can’t connect to it so pay finally to have internet So it s a fake ad for free internet 2: gave me worse ocean view then change room to better view , it means no wow at first however with good room from checking in we could have a wow 3:polite stuff but not helpful, more watching you rather real care you, 4: clean 5: check out took time as they wanted to change me again as previous stuff didn’t give me invoice and attached to their file 5 finally. I requested taxi to come airport but they forgot In general not choosing this hotel again

Reviewed By Neridah GThis is a lovely hotel with beautiful staff. Most are helpful. They helped take our bags to the room, however we had to take our own bags upon checkout. When I booked this hotel (our 2nd stay here) I requested the room I wanted and was told it was organised (by our agent). When we arrived we had a completely different room, and nothing like I was expecting. After I complained about it, the reception staff, and more importantly Santana, was wonderful and organised to move us straight away to the room we asked for, even though it turned out our agent lied to us and never communicated our request to Tokatoka. The pool is nice with a waterside for the kiddies. It's located across the road from Nadi Airport so it's perfect if you have early or late flight as they have airport shuttle bus too. The restaurant is probably the only downside to the hotel. Lighting is terrible so I needed a torch to see the menu. The buffet continental breakfast needs a total revamp with more than 1 variety of stale cereal. Overall it's a nice hotel.

Reviewed By JoezaNZWe stayed here a couple of time during our latest trip to Fiji and was really impressed. John (the owner) has been doing a great job of getting the resort expanded following Covid. He is almost ready to double the capacity with brand new rooms as well as opening up a totally refurbished bar and pizza restaurant. Because of the size of the resort even when he was fully booked while we stayed it never felt too busy and there was always somewhere to go - the beach, a hammock, the pool, the bar - if you wanted some alone time or to chat with the staff and other guests. Speaking of the staff - they were amazing and what made the stay so enjoyable - from reception, security, bar staff, kitchen staff, trip planners they were always there with a smile and a friendly word. Always ready to accommodate any of our requests. There are two great pools on the resort that offer you places to swim day and night. During the day have some good tree coverage for shade if you want to avoid the sun or are nice and open if you want the full heat. The menu has a range of good options with local dishes included - we can fully recommend their pizzas! We were there on the night they did Mongolian BBQ and it was delicious. A wide range of cocktails and several happy hours if you want to spend some time at the bar. During our stay they started with a new range of massage available right on the near the beach including a 4 hands massage - very relaxing if you have never experienced. The resort is well situated about 25 mins to Denarau if you are headed there for shopping or a boat trip. Only about 15 mins from Nadi airport. We will definitely be back again and look forward to enjoying more of the Club Fiji hospitality and smiles.

Reviewed By finaue2022This place is a total run down, I think covid has done alot of damage and affected the upkeep of this facility. The pool is hopeless and very dirty. The Fijian lady at the reception is not polite and does not have manners to talk. They have a ton of rules about their facilities yet the towels and beddings provided were either dirty or worn out with stains, furthermore the appliances provided in the kitchen does not work and when you ask the staff for additional pots and pans they told us that it will incur an additional fees! just terrible. One needs to constantly ask for things otherwise the staff dont bother. Their so called continental breakfast is a joke with only plain slices of bread, 3 types of cereals and a small jug of milk: You call that continental (WOW). I wouldn't recommend this so called resort even to my enemies.

There is a cluster of cafes, restaurants and other budget resorts around us. Local buses run by few times a day for trips to town and around. Awesome Adventures, Fiji Experience, The North Fiji Backpacker Project and all the main trip operators offer a free pick up from our office. Taxi rides to the airport or town take 10 minutes.

She doesn't even know what she's doing ..Really.. The reception was not even busy..Girl,we all work in a tourism industry and that's not how we treat our customer whether they are locals..You need to go for your quality customer services, otherwise you'll piss all the bamboo customers coming in for a holiday. She didn’t care about what I said. The lady needs to have a training in customer service. TRY AND BE LIKE THOSE FIJIAN STAFFS WORKING AT BAMBOO, THE OLD STAFFS WITH THEIR BULA SMILES AND ALL ...AND WE ARE COMFORTABLE AROUND THEM..FROM BAR TEAM p TO THE KITCHEN, THEY ARE AWESOME AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE...UNLIKE YOU, I BELIEVE YOUR NAME IS RENU...FIRST YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SMILE AND IF YOU HAVE TO IT'S FAKE!! Worst experience while checking in EVER!! Otherwise, everything about bamboo backpackers is Awesome. Wailoaloa Beach Resort is a perfect stopover. Located only 3 kilometers from Nadi International Airport and Nadi Town. This budget resort is good value for money. The resort offers dormitory, deluxe, family and Standard Room & self contained villas. All rooms are comfortable and suited for families alike. With only 66 rooms, it is very intimate.

Clean and Quiet surrounding, 15-20mins walk to the beach, 5-10mins drive to the shopping centers (Martintar, Namaka), Comfy beds, Air-conditioned, Hot shower, Clothing line, Self contained kitchen ($30 Refundable for appliances) - just what we needed. We also appreciated the kind staffs for making our stay comfortable with room service - breakfast though we did not request for it. We didn't realize that it was included in the local room price (free breakfast, wifi) However, there needs to be an improvement in the room - issue with Ants. But apart from that, we appreciated the stay. Vinaka valevu.
