Recently there was a massive storm (Google Derecho Storm) that tore through several cities across the area, mine as well as others close to this hotel. Regardless of the fact a tree fell on my house less than 24 hours before my scheduled check-in to this hotel (for the first time), this hotel's management wouldn't consider any concept of credit or rescheduling to a later date, as I obviously had to deal with an emergency situation at home. Their excuse? "Well 30 other people just called to report they have an emergency too!" Is your hotel so busy, you can't accommodate 30+ customers at (any) other later date? Absolutely disgusting. Don't stay here, save your money for a place that shows a little empathy and put a customer ahead of a couple dollars.

Dated hotel with terrible internet
Reviewed By Mike MHotel is much older than I expected. Rooms are dated though at least a fridge and microwave are provided. Breakfast is hard to call basic. Biggest issue is with any volume in the hotel, Internet is unusable. It has been some time since I've had an issue like this. Because of this I would not return.

Nice but noisy stay!
Reviewed By nymesiaThe room overall was large and spotless clean! The mattress and pillows were very soft and comfy. The included breakfast is good; it's not a buffet breakfast and that's a big plus! The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is that the soundproofing is very so-so in the rooms; we could hear people walking loudly in the room over ours and we could clearly hear the water running when they were taking a shower. But we had a very nice stay overall!
