When I first read all the positive reviews, I said to myself I got to eat there. Well It's a freaking snack bar that's it that's all. Hot dogs and fries big deal.

Ate dinner with a colleague. Lively Friday eveing during University frosh week. We sat inside upstairs not a climb for the handicapped. Food was decent. I had veal and my colleague mussels. The appatizer order was delivered after the mains. Good wine and beer selection. Free parking in evening nearby. Quite noisy.

Nice little place, very cozy and the service was one of the best in St-Jérôme. The food was very good and I must say that it tasted more like homemade comfort type of mediterranean food. We will go back for sure.

Saturday evening dinner with friends in St. Jerome had us undertake a repeat visit to La Foccacia after a somewhat disappointing visit last summer. Unfortunately this latest dinner did not fare well!
Had prosciutto pizza dinner special, with broccoli and Brie soup, Caesar salad and coffee. Over salted soup, soggy Caesar and 4-slice squared thin-crust pizza with two slices of prosciutto. At least the coffee was OK. What to expect for $18......
Wife ordered piccata limone off the a la carte menu with an Italian house salad. Once again, soggy salad, veal scallopine over done and way too oversauced with lemony breadcrumbs. A couple of bites and that was it....
Next visit to St. Jerome will definitely take us to another venue. Crossing my fingers....

Come and visit us to taste in a friendly atmosphere , our Mexican and Salvadoran cuisine. In addition, you will find in our store a wide variety of Latin American products . We are waiting for you!
Ordinary food, ordinary service, nothing special or exotic. Food tastes below adverage. A little spices and tough meat. I will never go back even if I live close to that...restaurant.

As seniors on a (ever tightening) budget, we limit our dining out excursions to those where the food, experience and value are truly extraordinary. We are very fortunate to have a local, family-owned restaurant that fits those criteria perfectly.
At the Villa d’Este the dishes are always perfectly prepared and presented. The owner is there to ensure fine service and ambience. We often take out-of-town visitors to show them that first class dining can still be affordable. This time we went for lunch and, choosing from the table d’hôte, both started with escargots prepared in a cream, wine and light curry sauce – superb. The two main courses chosen from a long list were scallops and the house pasta. Desserts were cheese cake and crème brulee but their tiramisu is also excellent. The wine list is extensive and many good bottles can be had in the low twenty dollar range – a real shock for New York visitors who have become accustomed to $40 house wine. The house speciality is rack of lamb and this is certainly something to remember.
Put the address in your GPS and try this wonderful restaurant – you will not be disappointed. Best to reserve though!

This micro-brewery is located in a quiet area not too far from a very busy area.
I like the Terrace on a sunny day. You can eat there : the pizza is excellent with any beer. I would say they are all good ..... because there is something for everyone!
The one I prefer is a pink one : Rose d'Hibiscus.
The name of each of the beers brewed on site is particularly attractive : Aphrodisiaque, Blanche du paradis, Blanche-Neige, La païenne, Corne du diable, Chaman, Route des épices, Péché mortel...
And then you could walk around and see the beautiful Cathedral, the Parc Labelle, in the middle of which you will find a statue of the Curé Labelle, who founded St-Jérôme, the museum of arts and admire the Rivière du Nord qui flows just nearby.
And if you drink too much beer than you can walk a few kilometers to join the Best Western or the Confort Inn and suites, just by highway 15.

A small restaurant : so reservation is strongly recommanded.
Very nice atmosphere : very cozy.
I suggest the spring rolls as an appetizer : very fresh and the peanut butter/sesame dressing is excellent.
The choices for the main meal are interesting : you can even order steaks.
Tempura and the different "wok" suggestions are very tasty; you choose the sauce you feel for!!
Honestly, I did not taste the desserts till now but I was surprised they offer so many.
Service is sympa and price is very affordable.
Monday-Friday : closed between 15h00 and 17h00.
