A nice place to stay in Anuradhapura
Reviewed By rasikar2022A quiet place away from the city, yet not too far either, ideal to lodge if you plan to visit the ancient city. Rooms are very clean & well maintained, the best thing about the villa. Set menu, but whatever served was absolutely delicious, so limited variety was not at all a problem. Sri Lankan food was amazing! Nice calm surrounding, situated away from the main road. ( ride to the location was a bit bumpy:)) Eric and the rest of the staff was very friendly & supportive. Thank you for making our short stay a pleasant one!

Reviewed By tashithav2020It was a great place to stay in Anuradhapura if u are travelling. Calm relaxed clean centrally located. The staff is absolutely brilliant, humble and friendly. Ms Niluka whoanages the villa does a great job ?while Saparamadhu and Wijerathne gives her a great hand.

Nice stay
Reviewed By Laurene_de_RMy friend and I spent 2 nights in Ambel guesthouse and had a very pleasant stay. We usually don't book in advance so we turned up there unnanounced but were warmly welcomed. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area of Anuradhapura, but close to the center, walking distance about 10mins. We arrived at 4pm and the owner kindly offered to drive us to Mihintale to enjoy the sunset and make the most out of what was left of the afternoon. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had a nice balcony. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast that the family cooked for us, honestly the best breakfast I ever had in Sri Lanka, so diverse and yummy. We definitely recommend staying there!

Reviewed By Ajith NThis is a newly opened guest house located a few meters away from a beautiful lake "Kubichankulama". Rooms are very clean and all are in upstairs. The large balcony is ideal to spend the evening. Not far from the centre.

被蚊子咬到難以入眠
Reviewed By Mark2013DC我們住的房間沒有紗窗，所以蚊子很容易從屋外飛進來，雖然有蚊帳，但蚊帳有破洞一直跑蚊子進來咬人，整夜無法安心入睡。室內很熱，雖然有風扇但因為有蚊帳擋著風吹不太進來，所以悶熱難眠。屋內沒有網路也沒有床單，枕頭陣陣噁心的汗臭味燻得讓人難耐，早餐更是一場悲劇，衛浴設備簡陋也不及格，這無疑是我在斯里蘭卡渡過最糟最漫長的一晚。希望屋主真心改善居住條件才能真正吸引顧客上門，而不是一味要求客人在 booking.com 灌水洗評分,我真實反映住宿體驗相信更能幫助所有人而不是像我一樣被 booking.com 高評分吸引來而失望離開.
