Най-лошия хотел където съм бил някога и това го казвам в лицето на човек, който има 15 години стаж в хотелиерство и ресторантьорство. Пълно разочарование и позор/срам за Българския туризъм. Simply waste of time, money and energy. To begin with check in... We where traveling across the beautiful Bulgarian mountains and after 5 hours driving I was so tired and the most closest hotel to our location was this hotel. After quick research in Google we call the hotel reservations number to check if they have availability(this was bit after midnight, which for 3* hotel shouldn't be issue). The lady in the phone (the owner and manager of the hotel) confirmed that they have room availability. Ones we arrived the lady(owner/manager) treat us like unpleasant(in ruthless and not welcoming, unprofessional way) people who broke her happiness. The room part : We got free upgrade to apartment with two rooms as they didn't have standard room available(no one didn't inform us in the phone about this). In the first room from this two rooms the handle/ mechanism of the window didn't work and we couldn't manage to close the window, so we change to second room where we didn't have any water in the shower/sink(during the pandemic period and after 5 hours car journey), we didn't have even water to brush our teeth or wash hands. Situation with the first room was the same as both rooms sharing one bathroom. So, no water at all. The lack of welcome took us to the decision not to bother the lady again with the water problem as it was late. In morning when we shared our experience the owner apologies(in half way/not sincerely) and said there's nothing she can do and started to argue with us that we need to compensated her as she free upgrade us to apartment(even we didn't ask for) and because we arrived so late at night and woke her up. During our journey across the Bulgarian mountains we stayed in 4 different hotels and one guest house all of them where 3* or 4* in the same price range even some of those hotels where in half price range of this hotel. Clearly this hotel was the worst ever and I'm saying this as a person who have 15 years professional experience in hotel and restaurant businesses. Such a shame for management of this hotel.

Overcrowded, small garden, half of the building was still under construction
Reviewed By 403MileniFar away from my idea for rest and relax. When we arrived I was both shocked and appalled by the amount of guests there were in the small guest house garden. Having seen the size of the place, I literally had no idea where all those people were accommodated. Before we made our reservation I had specifically enquired if it could get very busy and I was reassured that there were only a few rooms and as we were booking two of them this wouldn't had been a problem, at all. It took us less than five minutes to determine this was certainly not what we had paid for and decided to speak with the manager. After we had explained the whole situation, he didn't even bother apologising. He also refused to return our deposit however I am glad we had walked away as this was going to be one holiday from hell. I would strongly not recommend this place if you are after a relaxing holiday.

Reviewed By darrm1I booked two rooms for nights at he hotel as a gift for my mother's birthday. My family and I wanted to have a nice weekend in a quiet place. We were looking for a decent place with a pool and air conditioning and I especially ticked those section for my search at Booking.com. I came across this hotel and it seemed really nice and it also had a lot of positive reviews. But after we arrived there we found out that the pool is just a children's pool without a pomp or any water cleaning system and the regular pool was not even finished. But they claim on Booking.com and on their official website that there is a goddamn pool for children and a swimming pool! We decided to ignore this and we took the keys for our rooms. The first thing I noticed is that in the one room there was no air conditioner, even though they clam there is in every room. Also, not even a mini fridge in the rooms (guess what - they claimed there is a minibar in their rooms), My father has diabetes and his insulin injections have to be placed in a cool place, so here is another big disappointment. At this point I was already pissed off. He decided to keep the room cooler so we turned on the air conditioner (at least one of the rooms had the thing) but it did not start cooling so we went down and asked what is going on. They said that the air conditioners are only for heating... And that was it, we left after no more that two hours spent at that goddamn place. I would not recommend it to anybody. The high price is totally unjustified. Search for another hotel if you want to spend your holiday nicely. And lastly, something I found out very funny - next to the washbasins there were stickers placed which in Bulgarian said that the water is not drinkable and the writing in English was "the water is not for washing". Confusing,huh? And you will find out about the non-drinkable water only after you arrive. There is no store nearby other that a gas station so if you want to drink decent water you should buy it from the gas station or from the hotel where of course the price is a lot higher. P.S. One of our rooms was on the 3rd floor and there was no Wi-Fi available there even though they stated there is availability everywhere across the hotel.
