Reviewed By John FCheap,cheerful, clean, fresh towels and room cleaned every day, restaurant menu ok and very reasonable, choice of six breakfasts, Ellie in the restaurant works very hard and nothing is too much trouble likewise with the receptionists and staff in general, ideal base to get your head down and explore the area without paying through the nose!, I think you will be hard pressed to find a better deal in the locality!.

I was a bit worried when reading the reviews, but confident that Pippa wouldn't send us somewhere unless it was nice. The house/chalet has everything that we need and is lovely and warm. The resort is nice and quiet and only a few minutes walk to the ski slope! We booked to be half board and the food is amazing! Lots of choice for both breakfast and dinner which are both buffets. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Vila Rila consists of four well-furnished apartments. Each one has a kitchen, bathroom and private WC. The apartments are stylishly decorated, with specific color nuances. The apartments also have spacious bedrooms, offering marvelous forest views. Guests can either rent any of the apartments separately or book the entire villa.
Comfortable and warm place to stay
Reviewed By aslavkovWe had 2 perfect nights in this vila. The hostess was really friendly and even helped us with the BBQ. The place was really clean and confy and we had enought room for everything. The tavern was well-arranged, good music and enought place for dancing. Vila Rila is perfect for events with 15 or more people.

A nice and cozy room to stay
Reviewed By GabiW262Nice view from the balcony. No elevator to lift the suitcases, but the guy there helps you. However, he wanted an extra payment of 30 leva for using the sauna, which is quite expensive, So we drive 15 mins to Vitosha mountain and had a spa of fresh forest air instead.

Reviewed By Tsveti DSuch a lovely place for the warm spring days. The garden is enormous, so there is enough space for everyone. The staff is very kind, the cuisine - magnificent - but can we expect less from Victoria... The restaurant's interior is very cozy, comforting.

Could easily do much better
Reviewed By mioule06This is a guest house rather than a hotel, rather poor rating. The room is not really clean, we had to remove the cobwebs from the ceiling and clean the windows and mirrors which were stained. In any case, daily cleaning is very often reduced to emptying garbage cans. They don't clean the floor or the bathroom. We had a sea view room, unfortunately spoiled by the bars opposite which play very loud music very late at night. The bathroom, recently renovated, has a walk-in shower without separation with the sink and the toilet. Taking a shower therefore amounts to flooding it. There are blackout curtains on the bedroom windows, but not in the bathroom. The two being separated by a glass door, we have the right to live sunrise. Luckily dark brown towels help solve the problem. The boss is very rude. In addition, she asked us to pay an extra night that we had canceled 2 months ago. Ditto for the restaurant staff, except one or two. They speak poor English, so we have surprises when the dish arrives. Only positive points: the location in the old town ideal for evening dining and the swimming pool which allows you to relax after the day's activities. The room is equipped with a mini fridge and air conditioning. There is a paid parking lot next door, but since you always have to return the card at reception after bringing the car in or out, it is far from practical.

Reviewed By gary mHad a visit to Nessebar and tried this water side restaurant. Food was beautiful and service excellent. Prices were also very reasonable. Large beer 2.5 lev. Will definitely visit again. Bulgaria keeps serving up great surprises.

We stayed just one night but we felt in love with the property, the serenity and tranquility there. The location is not in the city centre but you will feel you are in Paradise. The garden of the hotel is huge , the swimming pool is amazing, big in nice oval shape, and the garden is full of trees and flowers. The terrace of our room was big snd sunny, you can relax with a glass of wine there and the wine of their winery is must have. But thr jewel of the hotel is the restaurant and its chef Lazarov. He treated us like kings with delicious dishes prapered to perfect , beautiful plates and tasty food. The concept of the restaurant is fine dining and the chef can do it. So don't miss to have dinner at this restaurant. The breakfast was a la carte with a lot of choices of home made dishes.so I recommend Villa Sintica snd soon we will be back for another great experience ?
