Bangla Road

If you love creepy guys, this is your place. Wall to wall with leering, sweaty sunburnt men creepily checking out young thai women (and men) like the McDonalds value menu. Worth seeing, but you come away from the place feeling like you're life is slightly more on track than some of the creeps out there.

We booked a 5 hour driver to take us to a few sights in Phuket we wanted to see. Our drivers name was Wi and she was great. Unlike MANY drivers in SE Asia - she drove calmly and safely. It didn't feel like we were in a video game like many other drivers I've been with. She was very friendly with our children and catered to their needs as well. She helped us find a couple local things that we enjoyed too.
Pricing very reasonable.
I also booked a hotel transfer from JW Marriott to the Phuket Airport with them. We had a different driver in a bigger mini-van. He was a bit of a faster driver but still got us there safely and he was friendly. Pricing again was reasonable.
I'd recommend Phuket Tours Transfers and would do business with them again.

The entire trip was well organized at every stage: hotel pick up, arrival, zip line, skywalk, lunch/dinner and transfer back to the hotel. We did the Hanuman World A with 30 ziplines . Ziplining was great fun and the staff made our experience as enjoyable and thrilling as it can be. The staff also ensured double locking system for safety at all times. Skywalk was a calm strode in the woods on suspension Bridges and ended with fresh fruits and juices. We also purchased photos from the photographer although it is quite pricy!

I visited this gym as a week long stay as part of our annual club trip! As a group of 12, tim and the trainers were excellent in accommodating us and making sure we received the most personalised training possible! The trainers are experienced and motivating working with everyone's different levels and abilities!
Tim went out of his way to make us feel welcome and part of the team and all of the guys had an unforgettable experience!
We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anybody wanting to develop their training or try out Musy Thai for the first time!
A great gym with great people!

Patong Beach

We visited this beach in dec and it was very crowded. This beach is all about: Scorching heat and chilled sea water, multiple food points, shakes, water activities, various people and colorful environment.
We opted for jet ski and it was awesome. After few instructions and a tutorial, the team allowed my husband and I to enjoy the jet ski ride together. The waves were so irregular and we enjoyed it a lot.
There are many food points also where you can enjoy italian, meditteranean, indian and other cousines near the beach. We had italian food and the pizza was really nice, fruit punch (prepared in wine) was also awesome.
We had rented a bike so it was easy to reach this place. We ended up having a nice experience and a tanned body.

Green Elephant Sanctuary Park

In the Elephant Sanctuary Park you can experience elephants in the most natural way. In their natural environment, where they are free and simply wonderful! It is important to us that you can experience the daily life of the animals. And that you can approach them when feeding or bathing. Briefly: it is a wonderful experience that you will remember for a long time. How much do you want to bet?

The training is good but I believe they are now losing focus of the customer. It is starting to become more like Tiger and more of a money factory. The sessions are good but not as friendly anymore. I find some of their information out dated and some of the staff a little rude now. Some are still excellent and you will get a really great workout.

this should be a thing to do not a Eats section as there are haircuts, music shows, souvenirs, clothing all for sale vy numerous vendors not just street food.
Its a night market so you get the idea. Grdat place to come lots of cheap food on offer and drinks and entertainment. Probably the best Night Market in Phuket, so mark it down in your to do list because its npt a daily thing.
The amazing variety of lpcal thai sweets and food is outstanding so many to choose from and you really fo wanna try everything because it is so cheap!

Freedom Beach

Reviewed By Sarah W

I literally chose a point on the map and decided that my family and I should take our first ever tuk tuk ride from Patong to Freedom Beach. When we arrived, we discovered that we were at the top of a cliff! Another unexpected ‘surprise’ was the charge of 200 baht per person to access the beach. Once the finances were settled, we were faced with the very intimidating journey down the uneven concrete steps and ramps. As someone with a recent back injury, I quickly began to panic about how I would ever get back up again later in the day! Thankfully, the view of the perfectly turquoise water and white sandy beach was more than enough to distract me. When we finally reached the sand, we noticed the longtail boats at the water’s edge. After a well-deserved swim in the most perfect water I’ve ever seen, we learned that the longtail boats go to and from Patong Beach regularly... and once I knew I didn’t have to climb back up the cliff, my family and I were able to enjoy ourselves for a full afternoon in paradise, before boarding our ‘rescue’ boat back to Patong (1000 baht for 4 people). Oh, and did I mention that there were no more than 30 - 40 other people on the beach the entire afternoon? A hidden gem!
