A classic steakhouse with elegant service, great wine selection and only the very best imported beef combining to make the perfect evening, every time!<br><br>The dress code for 'smart casual' at all times. We prefer that men will wear long trousers and collared shirt, short or long sleeved, with shoes and that ladies are also suitably attired for dinner. However, we understand that we are in a hot, 'holiday' environment and we are happy to receive guests with more casual attire providing the 'smart casual' tone is maintained. Guests will not be allowed to dine if dressed in beach-wear or sports-wear. Thank you for kind consideration of our other diners.

Nothing much to say except this place ticks all the boxes in everything that a good steak should be.
Service staff is professional AND knowledgeable about their product.
The only reason I deducted a point is for the somewhat dated interior, but after eating their steaks you won't care much about that.
Seriously, finding quality restaurants in Patong is harder than finding a diamond on the beach. But I found one in Sam's.

We saw that this place has good reviews on trip advisor, however we were not impressed. The food was average, and the customer service was terrible. We had the lasagna, and the ricotta ravioli. They were dry and bland. The waitress who served us didn't say much, she didn't even smile. She told us off for placing our water bottle on the table and told us to remove it. Overall we weren't happy with our experience, however we liked the complimentary breas basket and potato cream.

After Reading all the reviews on trip advisor we had quite high expectations and we were very disappointed. If this is 3rd best restaurant in Patong, than I really can't imagine how bad are the rest of the restaurants. We were 6 people and all ordered something else.
Positive things: Chicken satay was really delicious, the best food from all food we had. Food was on the table very fast and staff was very friendly and nice.
Negatives: drinks were quite bad compare to other places we tried. All our main courses were disappointing. Especially the thai fried rice was very tasteless. But i think the worst was Bolognese spaghetti :( Honestly it was very disappointing dinner for such a high reviews.

I still find it mesmerising after all these years, to find quality italian cuisine in Patong almost in every outlet we have been to, and Salute did not disappoint. Great service, choice and variety as well as quality, courtesy, and the usual limoncello on the house to finish it off. Would definitely return during one of the future journeys to Patong Beach. Well done!

The new 'Halfway Inn' is in the grounds of The Hill Resort, Patong, which is 400 metres past Simon Cabaret on the left hand side of the road heading South towards Karon, directly opposite PS Hill Resort. The indoor covered restaurant has a very traditional Thai theme with 10 individual 6 seater salas (bamboo huts) for 60 diners, 12 standard tables providing Seating for 48 customers, and a central 'Bamboo Bar' with stools for around 20 punters. There is also a large sports bar area with 2 pool tables, 2 large screen TV's, a 2 metre wide projector screen and enough space for a 5 piece live band. Outside there are a further 3 salas with Seating for 18 customers and what will be a covered BBQ sala. There is spacious off-road parking for up to 4 cars (or minibuses) and 30 motorbikes and easy access North (towards Phuket Town and Kamala) or South (towards Karon, Kata, Chalong and Rawai).

Dave and Nan’s Halfway Inn Restaurant at the Hill’s resort continues to be at the top of our list of restaurants in Patong. My wife and tried a number of different restaurants this trip but none compare to the Halfway Inn. Don’t be discouraged because it’s not right in the heart of the city. It is well worth the short Tuk Tuk ride (close to the Simon Cabaret) to experience amazing Thai food, great ambiance, and friendly staff. We are already looking forward to our return trip next year. Keep up the great work Dave and Nan.

The best coffee and perfect breakfast, the staff very very nice and kind (perfect English). They took all my breakfast meal for 12 days.
Miss the sandwiches and all staff in the menu. But in the morning especially in THE MORNING is very busy^^ so you have to wait awhile ^^ but that’s okay cause the food and service was great and price also reasonable.
The last thing is shop is closed on Sunday and don’t forget to but the I-kroon shirt I really .

We stayed at the Avista Hideaway so we dined at this restaurant on a number of occasions during our stay. Whether it was lunch, breakfast or dinner the food at the Vista was simply wonderful with very friendly and helpful staff. If you are vacationing in Patong I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, it’s slightly out of town but well worth the trip.

This is the second year we have eaten here and again we’re not disappointed. Impeccable service food and location with a great view at sunset. A good menu and wine selection with great attention to detail. I would advise you book and you will not be disappointed.

We saw this Sweet place Becker we webt to Freedom beach and come after to have a Snack that it will be soooo good was a Bigband positive surprise. Everything here fit’s together. The charismatic decoration to the kitchen and service. We ask already for breakfast we want to come back. We love it.
