Reviewed By ruben305This hotel is perfectly located near the old city. It is only a mere 1 kilometer from the Jaffa Gate into Old Jerusalem (about 0.6 miles). It is on a pedestrian street full of outdoor cafes, restaurants and stores, not to mention only about 50 meters from the famous Jaffa Street with even more options to eat, shop and access to local transportation. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with at the hotel spoke very good English. I strongly recommend this hotel for service, value and location.

Reviewed By Nicole BEverything about the Stay Inn is great EXCEPT for the fact that the windows - when closed - provide no barrier from any type of noise outside… so everything happening in the streets below sounds like it’s happening INSIDE your room. Teenagers roaming around from 12am-4am, screaming, laughing and breaking beer bottles on the street? Inside your room. Cars driving? Horns honking? Inside your room. Buses stopping, tires squealing? Inside your room. Even people just TALKING - inside your room. We are on the 2nd floor, and on a family vacation - meaning tired kids after a full day with lots of walking, touring, etc and could NOT sleep at all last night. Not sure how we will make it another full day in Jerusalem after such a bad nights sleep. Regretting our decision to stay at the Stay Inn, despite the amazing location, great facilities, and super nice staff ?

Good value for money
Reviewed By svc769We came for one night. We had some issues to making reservation but after it worked we arrived to the place. In general it is clean but for us, the room was little bit smaller and especially the bath room. Beside that, the staff was nice, the furniture can get better and maybe eve n to improve the bath accessories. I can't say I won't come back because it worth the money you pay for it.

Pay attention: - Apartments, not hotel rooms; - Old building; - No night portier; - Old plumbing and bathrooms, not modern standard; We stayed 5 in the 2-BR apartment, but one BR was actually a closed loggia. We had 10 beds in capacity. The only bathroom was available only through a bedroom, but there was a shared toilet next to the door, outside.

However, as a storm, cold and rain was announced Gili offered us without asking to cancel this reservation and moreover he organized an alternative accommodation. So sorry that we could not enjoy the great view and hospitality but would definitely come back once the weather allows.

We created our guesthouse with a deep desire to invite people to the beauty, people, and culture of the Negev Desert. Our guesthouse is a home with a large yard and an open view of the Desert. Here you will find a lovely shared space and vegetarian kitchen. Our rooms are simple, cozy and vary in size. We can accommodate up to 22 guests of all shapes and sizes: single travellers, couples, families and small groups. We are a perfect way to explore the Negev, get to know other travellers, rest, hike and take a pause from everyday life.
Great Stay - Worth the price
Reviewed By Yigal LThe "White Hill Guesthouse" (so-named because it's across the street from the ancient "tell" (artificial mound) of ancient Yeruham), is a three-story semi-detached house, that is set up as a guesthouse. The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom. The second floor has three more bedrooms, one with bunk beds as well as a double bed, and the third floor has about 8 more beds, The front yard is set up with lounge chairs and a barbeque, and there's a small pool in the back. We were there for 2 nights, with our family of four couples and two younger kids, so we reserved the entire place. The owner/operator, Avishai, who does not live on site, welcomed us, gave us advise on places to visit in the area, and came in the mornings to prepare breakfast. In all, it was a wonderful visit!

There is swimming pool on a ground floor and amazing view to the Jordan mountains and the city from the rooftop. Fully equipted kitchen. Walking distance to the center and beach (10-15min). We can recomend it
