So-so experience, Nice view, not good room quality
Reviewed By Nathanpham1708Been there on May 24, 2021, room 402, condo executive ocean view with free upgrade, in the time of covid outbreak *Pros: 1/ Good view, nice room decoration. 2/ Service is excellent, from bellboy, reception to other staff (5/5) 3/ pool is good, with many mini scenes for photo 4/ convenient store is nearby, traditional market is 3-km away, easy for shopping. Cons: 1/ Air conditioner is very hard to adjust, please kindly have the instruction note at the air conditioner 2/ Bedside lamp is very dazzle (too bright to sleep), we must turn off all the light except the light from toilet to sleep 3/ The bed makes noise (creaky/squeaky), I really dont understand why a 4-star resort can have that kind of bad-quality bed. I traveled alot, but found no bad-quality bad like that. 4/ My room is Condo Executive Ocean view, a high grade room in a 4-star resort, but there is no bathrobes in my room. Please remember bathrobes is compulsory in 3-star and over resort. 5/ Breakfast is so-so, doesnt have any special things. 6/ Soundproof of the room is very very bad, I can hear clearly the sound and talk from next room. Very bad point for a 4-star resort.

Reviewed By Lê TNovena Hotel (worth 3 *) - Located at 302 Phan Chu Trinh, Ward 2, Vung Tau. Only Two minutes to Back Beach. Located in a prime location (famous tourist beach in Vung Tau). - There are many convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants around the hotel. - Rooms are small but bright and clean, equipped with modern and well-functioning equipment, free tea, coffee, and mineral water. The floor is eye-catching because it is quite new. Room 2 people but put 3 sets of towels (maybe 1 to go to the beach) quite impressive about this. - Staff friendly, happy, and welcoming. Protection 24/24, the motorbike parking area is locked at night, it is quite safe. - What bothers us is the hot water problem: it takes a long time to wait and especially at night, it is not available. The next problem is about window blinds (using stickers instead of zippers - quite inconvenient and located high, not suitable for people of modest height). - With a competitive price and prime location, I am sure that I will return next time.

Tôi thật sự rất thích cách cô ấy giới thiệu phòng và hướng dẫn đặt phòng, cũng như sự rõ ràng về tiền bạc vì chúng tôi đến nhận phòng trước 14:00. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, máy móc hiện đại và chọn lầu 6 nên được không gian yên tĩnh và view ngắm ra tượng chúa Kito rất rõ! Thật sự chúng tôi sẽ quay lại lần nữa.

Bad experience.
Reviewed By rope297The rooms were good: neat, fresh atmosphere, convenience. However, i was not satisfied for service quality: the floors are always wet because of no having any private way leading to the pool. Buffet for breakfast was so bad: bad food, bad staff such as nobody set up clean table for pax. For breakfast buffet, the pax had to take a breakfast ticket to be eaten. In case you lost the ticket or your team-leader forgot to take it for you, u would have no food in stomach because the check-in staff could not handle that situation flexibly. Of course, your room card had no value in that case for no checking from the staff

Excellent budget hotel in Vung Tau
Reviewed By kevspainA rather new looking hotel situated in a quiet side road but within walking distance of the beach. The reception staff were efficient without being over friendly. We travelled by motorbike and this was housed in the hotel overnight. The rooms were not large but they were clean and stocked with complimentary water and hot drinks. The bed was large and comfortable, the linen and towels very clean. There was also a safe box situated in the wardrobe which was secured to the bottom. The free wi fi was good and the television we did not use. The bathroom was clean and had complimentary show gel etc. The water in the shower was hot and made for an excellent shower. There was no breakfast available but the hotel was close to a number of places to eat. For a price of around £9 per night it was excellent value. I would certainly return, which we did a few days later. I would recommend the hotel.

Reviewed By Tracie PLove this place.Its very clean and tidy.The landlady is very friendly and helpful.Situated in a great area not too far from anywhere.Booked for a couple of days but extended our stay and booked here for longer.Highly recommend.Free WiFi.fridge and mini bar in room A/c.

Ok hotel. Comfortable mattress . Good location in town
Reviewed By CheesecrackerThe hotel was OK. We stayed for 5 nights reasonably comfortably. The bed booked was 2 twins so we pushed together to make a king. The mattress was comfortable. The AC worked. Hot water Shower pressure not great . Very Inconsistent water temperature. Smelly drainage pipes in bathroom. But bathroom extraction ventilators were strong if kept on overnight . No balcony so as the room is pretty basic not much to do if it Rains ( we were there during a storm ) . Our corner room 414 did not have good windows . They leaked water on creating small puddle during the storms despite windows being shut. Luckily only my spare phone battery may have been damaged as it was testing in the window ledge . No shelf or drawer storage for our things . The cleaner comes Round 9:30 every morning. It seemed it would be better to have her come round 12 noon as i heard many other guests asking her to come back later ( including ourselves ) whilst we were out and about . The lift was out of order for 2 days due to the storm , I think. And the fire alarm went off whilst I was having a shower - so I had to evacuate quickly. Slight inconveniences but Staff were friendly & an Altogether OK place to stay.

Nous avons été bien accueilli avec une bouteille d'eau chacun, la chambre était propre et bien équipée ( clim, frigo, Wifi, produits de douche), le lit était confortable. L'hotel est bien situé , pas loin du bord de mer et de petits restos bon marché. le paiement se fait en espèces et la réceptionniste parle très peu anglais.
