Reviewed By sri615We were at this place on 7th May 2022 and have booked a Palm Villa (311). Food - 2/5 Room - 2/5 Customer Support - 1/5 Resort apperance - 3/5 Indoor games - 1/5 Swimming pool - 4/5 The first appearance of the place is really very good and feels like your at a resort, but once you enter the reception you feel as if you are in a lodge or a small hotel as the reception people are very busy and do not care if you are waiting. Secondly they do not even serve welcome drink which is mandatory from the hotel, and next the reception people just hand over the card and show you the route to your room and no one accompanies you. Including the luggage will reach your room after 40mins. After you enter the room it is an okay type of room for a 14k including taxes, the matress are good and have a rotatable TV which can be rotated to bed or Sofa, when you enter the bathroom you see everywhere it is worn-out or have been too old with things just breaking. I would definitely not expect such a room for 14k. Food was really bad and the wait time for ordering food is almost 1hr, which is not at all acceptable. And the guest relationship is very bad and no one cares about the guest.

Very bad service
Reviewed By suurpm7I would never suggest this place to anyone. My bride was in tears on her wedding day because of all the situations she had to go through. We had to rent a place outside asap to make her comfortable. Can’t trust chiraan fort or the people who they suggest as decorators for the weddings. Especially the chiraan fort’s decorator Gopal. He does a very bad job at his work, and he blames on the client saying that they steel his decorations (what will the Clint do with those decorations- a genuine question). He sent some drunk people to lift the bride up (on a Pallaki). He misses all the details that he promises (like pulla jada was delivered to the bride like 30 mins before the wedding). Upon that he delivers the wedding sets right before (in my case 20 mins before my muhurtam). Chiraan fort doesn’t have proper dressing rooms for the bride and the groom. They say the bride and groom have to use restrooms that are way far from the dressing rooms. And The dressing rooms itself look like some crappy Low maintenance rooms. Food is definitely not that great at all.

Decent Resort
Reviewed By 723yashbIf you are expecting world-class customer service and luxurious rooms then this is not the place for you. The rooms are decent and well-maintained. However the service is not great as it takes ages for them to complete a task. The sorrounding is beautiful with lush green outfields. There is a fish spa, general spa, games room, parking, open gardens, swimming pool available at the resort. The foods is also good.

Reviewed By Priyanka MVisited the area of Shamirpet in Secunderabad for personal reasons and Celebrity Resort was the most reasonable place in the area. Its a very green and beautifully maintained property on the outside but the rooms are poorly maintained. The staff is average in terms of basic manners and courtesy.. The food is good with large portions but they don't have room service. We took permission for our pet and they were gracious enough to allow.

The staff is very well trained and always humble to address the guests' needs. Food is very delicious with a wide variety of both vegetarian/non-vegetarian cuisines. A big thanks to chef Ajeet and his team who have gone above and beyond their duties to help and guide us with the arrangements, and made themselves available till late to make sure all the guests have been served properly and to their satisfaction. My kids love the property as it has so much to offer, from green spaces to games/recreational activities. The space is lush green and very well planned with a lot of minor/major architectural beauties. The environment inside is very calm, relaxing and helps to rejuvenate yourself.
