Very nice rooms, very isolated hotel
Reviewed By sanjiThe One Niseko Restort Towers is an isolated hotel with 2 11 and 10-stories towers located 5 minutes by car from the Annupuri Ski Resort. This facility has an unusual number of suites, with 50-80 m2, making it a favourite among families and groups of friends. A car is highly recommended is you stay at the resort. The parking is free, but you will need to move your car from 11 am to allow removal of the snow in winter. There is a ski bus to reach Annupuri Ski Resort as an alternative. The restaurant on-site was rather unimpressive - unavailable the first night, offering only 2 menus after that, very average room service (2.5 hours waiting time one evening, food served too early the following night), and many items were quickly not available at breakfast. The rooms on the other hand were nice and highly practical, although showing a little bit their age. Feeling of privacy with only 3 rooms per floor and elevator was appreciated. Beautiful views on the nature. A convenient ski room is available, too.

Reviewed By sidvivekNice hotel with good and convenient location (right opposite bus stop). Good arrangement and nice and cozy room. Staff speak limited English but is helpful to provide guidance. However, hotel is quite commercially oriented as they asked for storage charges for bags after check out even for a few hrs which we found very strange. Onsen was good and they have a small outdoor extension for sulphur spring.

Reviewed By Melsa85I used their onsen as an external guest, it cost ¥1000 as a visitor and the outside pool had a lovely view over a chairlift and ski run. Lovely amenities as well. Massage chairs are a nice add and only ¥100 for 10 mins

Traditional hotel with awesome scenery.
Reviewed By RawsilverChecked in for a one night stay. Tatami room was not very spacious for the 4 of us. The bathroom was small and compact. The onsen was very basic with 2 or 3 pools. No temperature indicator at the onsen. However, the scenery from our room was excellent. We could see the whole lake and even the Lake Toya 'Mount Fuji'. Breakfast items are adequate and quite delicious. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Absolutely Horrible
Reviewed By Chuck07GamingThis hotel was an absolute waste of money. I travelled with a group of 20 to this hotel to tour the surroundings. When I got to the hotel I was instantly unimpressed by the lift. There was one and it was tiny. Seriously, the rooms were not much better. The beds were mattresses lying in the floor. The cleaners wouldn’t even make the beds for you in the morning. All they did was give you two towels nothing else. The room was tiny and service poor. Pillows were as hard as rocks. They even felt like rocks. This hotel was horrible. Never coming back.

Reviewed By ChrisLai08Sleep on Tatami in the floor. The hot spring is excellent. Not too crowded and easy access to amenities inside. Good view to lake Toya. Buffet was ok but not many choices Nearby to drug store and 7-11. The only cons is that the toilet is extremely tiny around 4’x4’ Apart from that everything is fine.

Reviewed By AofKiratiWe stayed at the resort for 3 days & 2 nights from 8th to 10th April. Overall stay was great. Below points that we’d appreciate: *Great onsen, its very clean. One of the best we had. *Breakfast had enough varieties for us especially a family with children. *Room was clean especially as we expected. *Staffs were friendly and very accommodating. *Dinner was fine. Thank you for a special sashimi plate on the eve before we left. *Omotenashi was done nicely and appreciate for the kind attention when My son fell down into fountain pont and he got his shoes and clothes wet. Your team had these items dried when we arrived in our room. Some points we’d like the management to improve: *A signage/blocking line to be in placed in front of the pont if the fountain is off to avoid any accident. *Kids yukata were only provided on the following day. It should be there upon arrival *Dinner menu should be different everyday. *Hand sanitizer should be placed near massage chair. Thank you for great service and for sure we will come back again.

Reviewed By ngodrmWe are regular guest of the Green Leaf for over 5 years for Skiing. Unfortunately, our spring skiing holiday had to be cancelled due to Japan Travel Restrictions for Singaporeans due to COVID-19. A refund was promised. We were told on 3rd of May that the refund would take 90 working days. It is now way past that and there has been no response. Their toll free number is no longer in use. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Unlike the previous reviewer, we have not received our refund.
