Truk Lagoon

Reviewed By 798BarbaraL - Coral Cove, Australia

My husband and I travelled with our Dive Shop, SunReef Mooloolaba to Truk Lagoon for a seven night holiday. Blue Lagoon Dive Shop in our resort looked after our diving needs and we had the same Captain (Stenson) and DiveMaster (Rambo) each day. Between Sunday to Friday afternoon we managed 13 wonderful dives. Rambo advised us before each dive what to look for so we got the most of each dive. You could return many times for a dive holiday and not see the same wreck twice. Loads of beautiful soft and hard corals, brilliant colours and great fish life. You can hire dive gear there. Staff take cold water. Take your underwater camera, sunscreen, a hat/cap and whatever diving gear you own.

Ant Atoll

Reviewed By Thusis

We spend an entire day on ant. Two dives, both drift dives. One high tide coming in, one going out. Easiest dive possible. Just floating between 10 & 80 feet. Barley moving your fins. Clearest water possible with plenty of fish including sharks and mantas. Highly recommended. The three of us plus dive master were the only people the entire day. This IS paradise!

Liduduhniap Falls

Easy to visit and close to Kolonia. Nice easy well-maintained gravel path down to the falls. Paid $3 for the visit. The road is not that great getting there, but is passable by car.

Kepirohi Waterfall

Reviewed By F3180DLjamesc - Fairbanks, United States

I came in Jan 2018 when it had been raining every day since Christmas I was told. This gave a very nice display of force for a waterfall that is not exceptionally high. It is reasonably near Nan Madol. The walking path varies from dirt, rock-dirt, some concrete. The walkway has a nice amount of colorful Flora. There is enough space to stop for a picnic lunch very near the falls. And there's one of the common roadside mom and pop market with food and drinks where you can buy a simple lunch and also where you pay the nominal admission fee.. The admission charge is 2-3 dollars as is common for most local attractions. Other falls like Lehn Paipohn and Sawarlap are very nice but not nearly as easily accessible and requiring a local to show the way and either very steep, or slippery or both. .
