Reviewed By Andy100668I very much enjoyed staying at this hotel on a work trip. The rooms are comfortable and clean, without being flash (probably 3* at best), and the room is medium/large with a small separate bathroom. There is a deck outside also. The grounds are spacious. What makes this hotel is the restaurant - it has a great walk through the mangroves to the restaurant, which is set on an inlet from the sea which is very calm. You can sit on the deck and have a peaceful meal from a decent range of meal options. The hotel staff and owners are friendly and helpful. A very relaxing stay.

Wonderful experience and service
Reviewed By MMcSDWe stayed at Kosrae Nautilus Resort this past June for a week of sightseeing and diving. Josh is a great host and took care of the details for most any request we had. The restaurant has very good food and service. Josh coordinated several outings that required local guides and everything went off without a hitch. Our group included both snorkelers and divers, adults and children. All of our dives were guided by Josh himself and we always had marvelous conditions and felt very safe. We actually had an incident where Josh's rescue skills were put the test and he reacted quick, calm and decisively. We do plan on returning to Kosrae and would not consider staying anywhere else.

Wonderful Gem in Yap: Comfort, Character, and Class
Reviewed By beachcrossingsO'Keefe's is a very special place to stay--a real gem of a hotel in Yap and the whole FSM! A small, cozy inn with all rooms directly overlooking the peaceful waters of the harbour, it is also in the center of Colonia and a few steps from restaurants, shopping, and the grounds of the Yap Living History Museum. But what really stands out is the hotel's character and attention to detail throughout. It is gorgeously designed, full of historical photographs from Yap and the colonial days of David O'Keefe (directly across from the historical O'Keefe's canteen), and with the comforts of the waterfront lounge, outside courtyard, relaxing library, and room balconies on the water. Room are classy, very clean, comfortable, and full of interesting detail. Staff are attentive, friendly, and very helpful for visitors. As a cozy inn, O'Keefe;s offers a personalised and very pleasant experience, with attention to culture and history on Yap that really stands out in the FSM. I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay here for 12 days in September and I'm looking forward to returning.

No hot water, shower or drink
Reviewed By VDiverThe rooms were basic, somewhat old. They had started restoration already. Major problem was lack of warm water on shower. Also there's no hot drinking water available, except from restaurant, when it happens to be open. Dive center is old and modest. Boats are more optimized for speed than dive comfort.

Day noticed but was still able to accommodate
Reviewed By davey671L5, never disappoints. Booked 2 rooms on a day notice for me and my associate from NC. We had some last minute work to do on island and was able to secure overnight. Staff is always friendly, same with the Cafe. The cafe offers smoothies and the Illy coffee. We strongly recommend L5 for your stat while in Chuuk.

It is a great place to get away from everything and just relax. No TV in the room lets you disconnect from the world, even if for a while. The owners are amazing and ensured my stay was comfortable. The kitchen has some amazing delicious plates and their menu changes so always something new to try.

Reviewed By PatrickM39108The dive guides are really good and really work hard to make sure you have a good time. Safety is very important to them and that made me feel great. The food and staff are all great. They have a nice pool room with a bar.

Comfortable and clean with a helpful staff
Reviewed By ATL_MommyI stayed for almost two weeks in late November, renting the one-bedroom suite for a very reasonable rate. The kitchen included a refrigerator, cook top, basic utensils and pots/pans. There are two grocery stores within walking distance (the one in the middle of town has better supplies) and I was able to cook all my meals at the hotel. The room has an outdoor balcony with a small table and chairs, and overlooks a neighboring plant nursery and, behind this, mostly jungle. It was a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee and dinner watching the sun rise/set. Most things in town are within easy walking distance. There is a public running track nearby, if you can manage to make your way past the neighborhood dogs!

Reviewed By Steve HSmall hotel (10 rooms) in Kalonia, Very functional rooms - clean, comfortable bed (2 doubles in the room I stayed in) excellent WiFi, good AC, good shower, desk, balcony. Very good and popular small restaurant (house special Joy lunch sashimi recommended). Airport pick up, very friendly hotel check-in. Daily room service and same day Laundry. Good central location in quiet town, close to main supermarket and small shops.
