Reviewed By Sydney_Australia73My family and I spent 7 days at the Paradise and we loved it. Across the street to the beach, within walking dostance to the local centre and grocery store. Rooms are updated and well kept. Free wi-fi and heated pool and spa. Highly recommend a visit.

Reviewed By sarahbN1373LZThis place was fantastic! The owner met us at the front gate and was very friendly and helpful. We were there a bit early but he invited us to use the pool while we waited. Once we got into our room, we were thrilled. The room was beautiful and immaculate! We were a 5 min walk from Punta Viuja and a 20 min walk from Punta de los Pescadores. We chose to walk to Pescadores twice in a day because it seemed to be where the action was (restaurants, bars, shops). Breakfast was served but we decided to hit the road a bit early and when we checked out, the owner asked us what our route to Punta del Este was. He gave us a different route that took us down the coast and it was perfect! Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Reviewed By Thibault GAfter 10 busy days of travel with family across Argentina, we were looking for a great place to relax and rest, before flying back to Europe. The experience at Le Moment was really unique... Hotel location is really nearby Colonia while being in absolute calm and great natural environment and sea view. Hotel can arrange cab transfer back and forth to Colonia when requested (10 minutes drive). In this architectural masterpiece, each room of hotel is unique and really well furnished and specially designed. You simply feel you are at home, you wish you could live every day in your life in this kind of atmosphere. Pool side is really nice, quiet and offer a nice view to the hotel and nature, including view on Rio de la Plata and if weather is clear, Buenos Aires skyline. More generally, the hotel is similar to its hosts/owners Bruno and Sylvaine: very nice and experienced hosts, Sylvaine is a host full of care and doing anything possible to please visitors and make their stay really and effectively unique, and don't loose time to search for the best food in Colonia, the owner Bruno is an amazing chef and wine expert. We really hope to come back soon. So many thanks, Sylvaine and Bruno, after a lot of countries visited in the world, this experience with you at Le Moment was unique and unforgettable. Very warm regards from whole family !

LCD 32” con Direct TV., sofá cama y estufa a leña.- Cocina totalmente equipada y amoblada, separada del estar por la barra desayunadora, cuenta con heladera con freezer, microondas, horno convencional a gas con 4 hornallas, bajo mesada, alacenas, cafetera, tostadora eléctrica, vajilla completa, etc.Todos los ambientes cuentan con ventilador de techo.- Deck techado con parrillero y amplia vista al parque que está rodeado de bosque.

The rooms are spacious and each one has a private outdoor sitting area complete with a fireplace grill. It's a great value, super quiet and very relaxing.

Hale Lau is a B&B with Hawaiian spirit where we approach ur guest's needs in a personalized way. Located in a natural, safe and family friendly environment it is an ideal place to rest and relax. Situated only 150m from the ocean we offer beautiful sea, lagoon and country views. You will see the most amazing sunsets on the lagoon which is surrounded by native birds and vegetation.We have big and comfortable suites. The amenities we offer are breakfast, wi-fi, direct TV, AC, maid service, solarium, sun docks. Late check out available. Open all year long.

Reviewed By danielcopattiMuy lejos de lo que parecía en las fotos... Se supone que alquilamos un estudio con vistas que permite hasta 4 personas... Por suerte sólo éramos una pareja, ya que una de las camas que ofrecen está sobre el techo del baño en un espacio prohibido para claustrofobicos. Por otro lado la única vista que teníamos era de una mínima porción de la Laguna de José Ignacio entre los árboles. Faltaba limpieza en general y si bien el trato fue cordial faltó resolución de problemas como la pobre señal de wifi. Aunque queda cerca de la Laguna de José Ignacio, no hay ningún lugar donde se pueda ingresar a ella. No la recomendaría...

The simple thing like concept .La excellence like aim. The whole comfort of a put boutique in the middle of a forest on the banks of the Lagoon Solís. The sensation of being in house accompanied by the warmth of a solid human group. Absolute intimacy in the middle of a natural environment, where the nature and the respect are combined, in harmonious balance, by her.
Tranquility on the shore of a beautiful lake
Reviewed By Stephen CI came for photography and bird-watching. The hotel is in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Solis. Parrots make their nests on the grounds of the posada. A kayak is available for guests. Carolina makes all the breakfast breads herself, and they are tasty--especially the apple cake. Nearby is Punta Gorda, where locals enjoy fishing and the birds are everywhere. The scenery there is beautiful. On a Sunday, be sure to go for lunch to the nearby restaurant Lo'Korrea, not fancy but with probably the best restaurant food I've ever eaten.

A nice, cosy, cheap stay
Reviewed By Jonathan CPiriapolis is a stunning part of Uruguay, and the Colonial Hotel certainly got the memo. A large, resort style hotel, my room was spacious with its own private bathroom. Sleep quality was good, service was always prompt and efficient, the property has an in-ground pool. Can't comment on breakfast as, unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to enjoy it.
