Reviewed By Discover30115023923The worst service ever! No flexibility at all! Had deadline problems with the gift card. The staff has a very bad attitude and is very rude. Wanted to have nice weekend with the kids 6 and 1. They promised to change the date, but then they said NO! In the end my gift card was canceled because of their irresponsibility. They took money in nothing! Stay away from this hotel, one day they can appropriate your money as well!

Best guesthouse in our month in Georgia
Reviewed By Marlene LEverything about this place is great. The room was spacious and very well equipped, the garden restful and beautiful and, best of all, the hosts so friendly and helpful. Zaal sat down with us to help us plan our trip and later graciously accepted our change of plans. Oh, and the food! A real Georgian feast. If you're in Telavi, you must stay here.

Low hospitality value
Reviewed By Otmar GOur room no. 2 is on the ground floor and has only a very small window high up on the wall. Our first job was to fit the blanket into the unironed synthetic cover, which is highly unusual for a hotel and does not say a lot for Georgian hospitality. Not all the pillow covers were fresh. The room is absolutely depressing and definitely no more than basic. There is no wardrobe, only two hooks on the wall. There is only one bedside lamp, so only one person can read in bed. The lighting is gruesome. The television lounge is a TV set above the entrance to the lobby with three seats until the stairs. The bathroom is clean and functional, but the threat of a 100$ penalty for putting toilet paper into the toilet is not encouraging to say the least. Breakfast was pretty frustrating. You sit on very uncomfortable stools in the wine cellar. The bread was stale and must have been some days old, the fried egg was cold, just like the sausage. Then there was some cheese and margarine or low quality butter and some Russian yoghurt. No jam or honey. Definitely not a good breakfast. It should also be noted that the guests had to carry their luggage up some stairs without any help by the patron. I cannot recommend this hotel as it is too obviously profit-oriented.

Amazing hospitality, excellent value
Reviewed By HalileeThere was 3 of us inn3 different rooms with the beds varying degrees of comfort. Mine was a bit uncomfortable which could be rectified with a mattress topper. One of my friends was perfect and the other a bit soft. However excellent value and the hosts were soooo friendly and welcoming offering a flask a wine in the evening and providing a full very local breakfast in the morning. They were so sweet. Hot water and great water pressure for the shower. For the price it was way beyond expectation. There was a small kitchen we could use as well as several sitting areas. Would definitely recommend.

One of our best sellers in Tʼelavi! Set on the foothills of the Tsiv-Gombori Range, Holiday Home Ekaterine is located in T’elavi. Offering free Wi-Fi, the charming house has a garden with BBQ facilities. The house features bright bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen includes an oven and kitchenware. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as home-made breakfasts. Guests are offered free wine tasting. Holiday Home Ekaterine is 15 minutes’ walk from a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The surrounding nature is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking. Telavi Train Station is 5 minutes’ drive away and Tbilisi Airport is 80 km from the property. Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 10 for a two-person trip. We speak your language!

Reviewed By shinelch버스 정류장에서 걷기에는 조금 거리가 있긴 하지만 인포메이션센터와 가깝고 근처에 슈퍼 및 환전소 관광지도 있어 그리 나쁘지 않은 위치에 있다. 숙소 가족들 중 에카테린은 영어를 유창하게 하며 어머니도 유창하진 않지만 영어를 알아들으신다. 카헤티지역의 대부분 집들이 와이너리를 보유하고있는데 이곳 역시 와이너리가 있고 시음을 시켜주시는데 조지아에서도 그리고 카헤티지역에서도 텔라비에서 생산되는 와인이 최고라 하는데 정말 맛있었고 가족분들 모두 정이 넘치고 사람들이 참 좋다. 카즈베기로 가야하는 날 아침일찍 인사를 드리니 아버지는 자기 차로 직접 버스 타는 곳까지 날 데려주려 옷을 주섬주섬 챙겨입고 나오셨고 어머니는 와인이 정말 맛있다고 한 날 위해 winery로 가셔서 와인을 들고 오셔 선물이라며 가져가라고 하셨다. 참 가족적이고 편안한 숙소였다.

Reviewed By Melano Dnice place, also for kids. They had fun with pets. People are very nice and hospitable. From the city center, you can take a taxi for 1 euro. WiFi works very well. It has a big garden and you can enjoy the fruit.

Non seulement la maitresse de maison à la main verte (il y a des plantes partout) mais surtout elle cuisine divinement : son petit déjeuner est un régal et n'a d'égal que celui du lendemain (qui parfois est encore meilleur). Nos deux chambres étaient confortables et chacune dotée de salle de bain. Merci encore pour ce super séjour qui nous avons prolongé du coup !

Great location and great hosts

We were on a business trip and needed centrally located places in Telavi in a calm neighborhood, and we got to the right place! Location is great, just in the center of Telavi with a nice garden. Walkable distance to main avenue and tourist attractions. Rooms are big, clean and cozy. There is a working WiFi in the rooms that works properly! We had shared bathroom and it was clean and tided. Other rooms have private WC. Dima helped us to park the car on their parking and invited us to a cup of morning coffee, it was really great to meet him and special thanks for all the advice and attention. We will get back soon!
