Modern hotel in the center of Zugdidi
Reviewed By AntselmiLeto hotel is situated in the centre of Zugdidi, along the main bulevard. Even though the building is not new, it has undergone profound facelift recent years. Not only the uotside but the inside also. On the hotel door you are met by sharp dressed floor manager, who helps with parkin and luggages etc. Room itself is modern. It is very compact, but it has all it needs. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom is clean and modern. Air conditioning seems to be working nice and even though the nights were cold, I had pleassant temperature in my room. One - not so fundamental - minus is that from the television you can choose between 20 Georgian channels. Nothing else. Since I dont speak Georgian, it is like having no TV at all. It though can be that I dont know how to set up the channels. The second minus is more fundamental. There is several dozens of rooms in the hotel and the hotel is practically empty - only few guests staying. Still, I got a room that faces backyard and all I can see from the balcony is rosted roofs and huge waterboiler that blocks the whole scenery. From other side I would be able to see the main boulevard, from the other side the Caucasus mountain. Now - a waterboiler :-D The breakfast was modest. Compared to many tree-star hotels I have stayed, it was below them. Service during breakfast excellent - I was offered fresh khatsapuri carried to my table. Also pizza was offered and carried for me - now this is the way you can make customer feel happy and special - since there are not many customers it is easy to do some extra :-) The hotel has a gym in upstairs. Gym is well equipped as a hotel gym. There are sortiment of dumbels and equipment. Funny detail is that you have excellent panoramic view from the gym - still the curtains are closed allways. If I open them, 1h later they are again shut…. On the top floor there is a restaurant. The restaurant is cozy, stylish and the menu is wide. The service is always good and professional but in a good way easy-going.

The food was very good, but what I enjoyed the most was the excellent service provided by all the employees. All were very professional, food was delicious, atmosphere and views from the rooftop was great and prices are very good.

Casa de Khasia is a comfortable guest house in Zugdidi, Samegrelo. Guest House is big, although cozy and comfy. Interior design combined with vintage style and modern living appliances make our guests feel happy and comfortable. All guest rooms have a private bathroom, heating, and air conditioning. We have an old Western Georgian house - Jargvali in the backyard, guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner in an ethnohistorical environment. Summer is just beautiful in our neighborhood, nature is green and air is fresh, that's why we love spending evenings in our yard. Guests are always welcome to join us for a glass of wine or cup of tea. It never gets too cold in Zugdidi, but if you are visiting us during the winter you will enjoy a big fireplace that is placed in the leaving room. In overall, no matter the seasons you are visiting, our guest house is adaptable for your comfort. Having guests is a pleasure; it is part of our tradition and lifestyle. We're excited to host you. Perfect place to stay in Zugdidi
Reviewed By bluey2588Amazing guesthouse! Rusudan and Gia are wonderful hosts. My room was comfortable and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the lush garden. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Each morning Rusudan made a delicious (and huge breakfast). The guesthouse is located on a quiet residential street, a few minutes walk to the main boulevard and 15 minutes walk to Dadiani Palace and the Botanical Gardens. I highly recommend Casa de Khasia to anyone planning to stay in Zugdidi.

Reviewed By Fif LWe had a cosy stay. Price is not the cheapest if you compare to other parts of Georgia, but for Zugdidi, it has good proximity to everything. You don’t get many accommodation options in Zugdidi. Host Tika is super nice! Clean beds and bathroom!

Reviewed By 757laligWe didn't plan to stay at this hotel. But others were fully occupied. The room was comfortable but not sparkingly clean. Breakfast was included. Very minimal. They said due to a pandemic they didn't offer a buffet breakfast. They should pay more attention to cleanness.

Nice room with balcony and beautiful view
Reviewed By kristinah836We stayed in Zugdidi for 2 nights whilst working from the hotel room and running some errands around town. It was lovely to have the balcony with the view and the hotel has a great location, near the main street and close by to some nice cafes and restaurants. I also enjoyed rummaging through the second hand shops in this part of town. Very friendly hostess and a nice breakfast too - would recommend!

My friend told me about this hotel and it overcame my expectations about this hotel and restaurant which was on forth floor of the hotel , there was a lot of Georgian foods which was sublime for our stomaches especially their special dish "Taste of samegrelo" there was also draft red wine which also was on spot thank you Iberia palace and your staff for giving us such great experience we love you.
