Good location, terrible customer service
Reviewed By fakirbakirukWe are a family of 4 with a one and a six years old. After a quite long trip, we decided to visit this restaurant today. When we stepped in we asked one of the waiters where to sit. We got a table with lake view and sat comfortably. The menu looked good (mostly BBQ and grill) but after twenty minutes of waiting we decided to leave because the staff didn't bother to take our order. I mean they didn't even take our drink order before meal. We desperately tried to make eye contact with the waiters in vain. The restaurant wasn't even busy, it was around 15 pm, they had plenty of empty tables. Two guests who came after us and were sitting next to our table received their drinks and we heard them placing their meal order as well. As we were still invisible for the staff we decided to leave...

Reviewed By Jankovic KIt might have been a good place which is not maintained properly. Cleaning is very poor, need also refurbishment. Personal is very friendly, helpful, food also good. For the price there are much better places in Hungary.

Egy hosszú hétvége Velencén
Reviewed By EnrawelleEgy olyan légkondis apartmant kaptunk, amiben egy légtérben volt a konyha és a szoba, ahol aludtunk, csodálatos kilátással a Velencei-tóra. A konyha jól felszerelt, minden meg van benne, amire szükség lehet: kávéfőző, mobil főzőlap, mosogatószer, evőeszközök stb. Kérésre kaptunk etetőszéket és utazóágyat, takaróval. A fürdő és a WC is szép állapotban volt, az egész apartman és az épület is nagyon tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves, kifejezetten gyermek szerető hölgy adta át a szobát. A tó partját folyamatosan ellenőrök figyelik, egyébként sokáig nagyon sekély, gyerekeknek is ideális. Csodás játszóház van piciknek és nagyobbaknak is (2-3 szintes játszóház), a Spa részlegen van gyermekmedence 0-3 éveseknek és egy másik a nagyobbaknak. Pont kifogtuk a Coca-cola strandpartyt, így este viszonylag hangosan hallgathattuk az erkélyről a bulit, viszont (!) olyan jól szigetelt az ajtó, hogy a kislányom vígan szundikált a kiságyban, szinte semmi nem hallatszott be. Az ágyunk egyik felén az ágyrács kicsit hézagos volt, így azt nem mondanám a legkényelmesebbnek, de ettől eltekintve nagyon ajánlom fiataloknak, időseknek és családosoknak is egyaránt.

Reviewed By KataA48Közvetlen tóparti apartmanok találhatóak a villaparkban, a házak baromi jól kialakítottak, akár nyolcan is elférnek egy-egy házban. A nappali tágas, a konyha jól felszerelt, vizesblokkból kettő van, így ha nagyobb család érkezik, elkerülhető a sorbanállás. Amellett, hogy egy csodás parkos rész áll rendelkezésre saját stranddal, játszótérrel, strandröplabda pályával, de mindemellett szuper nyugalommal, a azabadstrand, a korzó, a helyi büfék, éttermek is néhány perces sétával elérhetőek. Szuperjókat aludtunk a vízparti levegőnek is köszönhetően.

Reviewed By Beáta MAz ar ertek aranynak egyáltalán nem felelt meg: a szobak nem voltak rendesen kitakaritva, az ágynemű es törölköző agyon mosott,a falak piszkosak voltak, este 10 ora is utan a panzio alatti étterem elott hajnalig tartott a hangoskodás.

Reviewed By sashafriVery unfriendly and unprofessional hotel staff, small rooms, boring food. Most of the interior is old, in some places broken or dirty. The location is fine, IF you have a room facing the lake, the view is very nice. -=- -=- -=- Nagyon barátságtalan és amatőr hotel stáb, kicsi szobák, unalmas ételek. A bútorzat régi, sok helyen törött, vagy koszos. Az elhelyezkedés rendben van; HA a szoba a tóra néz, a kilátás nagyon szép.
