Idéalement situé au cœur de Triavna
Reviewed By Laurent MPetite pension de famille composée de plusieurs chambres au cœur du quartier touristique. Rustique, propre avec petit jardin et petite piscine hors-sol pour faire trempette. N’imaginez pas faire des longueurs, le bassin rond doit faire 2,50 de diamètre.

С одной стороны шумная дорога, с другой страшный жилой дом, который всё загораживает и портит вид. Заселение в отель началось с неприятностей, хотя заранее с ресепшена звонили и сообщали, что номер для нас готов. Да готов, но какой! В целом с виду, номер вполне нормальный, вся мебель из массива дерева, есть балкон, всё чисто и аккуратно. Но стоило мужу сесть на кровать, посыпались деревянные плашки снизу трынь... одна за другой. Позвонили на ресепшен, там ответили: да не обращайте внимания, всё нормально)) К тому же, с сан.узла шла вонь канализации. Короче, на следующее утро номер на беспроблемный нам заменили. Не понравилось еще вот что, т.к. территория отеля мелкая, под балконом стояли диванчики, так вот на них отдыхающие с раннего утра за чашкой кофе уже трещат и довольно громко. Покоя нет, равно, как и поздно вечером, когда уже хочется отдыхать. Убирали в номере каждый день. Кухня в ресторане среднего качества. С первого взгляда, вроде всё хорошо, но вот описанные детали портят отдых и отнимают время на устранение проблем. Так что второй раз сюда мы уже не поедем.

Peaceful and welcoming
Reviewed By Cathryn NThe hotel is set in the middle of the woods on a hill, so the windy roads to the hotel were expected. The staff were polite and friendly. The garden was pleasant to relax in, and although we didn't have young children, I could see it was safe and well-provided for youngsters. Our room, a family suite for 4, was fresh, clean and decorated tastefully. We didn't eat our evening meal there, but found a fabulous pizza place in the centre of Tryvana. Our sleep was peaceful, and our beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. In fact the while suite was very well maintained. Breakfast was included. There wasn't a choice. It was "Princess toast" basically melted cheese and minced meat on toast. My husband and 1 daughter didn't really like it, but it may suit others who like this kind of breakfast. My other daughter and I asked for the same, a vegetarian version without the meat, which they happily provided. This was very tasty. We had tea and coffee too. The views are amazing, and the hotel has a warm relaxed atmosphere. Totally recommend.

Tired and uncomfortable
Reviewed By rhsquaredMe and my wife stayed there for 6 nights. The only option available for the dates was "an apartment". I put it in double quotes because is very, very remote from an apartment. Two joined togheter rooms with NO door. Double beds in each, each one of them with two rather uncomfortable mattresses. There is a balcony with lovely view, the downside being that there is only a tiny plastic table with two plastic stools and places above the restaurant's outdoor tables which could cause some noise. The worst part was the bathroom - shower head doubles as a sink tap. The toilet seat, the sink and the shower all placed in a space less than half a square meter. No splash guard so everything inside gets wet, including the wooden and very tired door. Theree is a decently sized wardrobe in the entrance, a desk with a tiny TV and that's it. No chairs, no tables, nothing. The sheets were not changed in 6 days, the bins were emptied for the first time on day 4. All of the hotel sucks in the smells from the kitchen in the basement. It's practially impossible to get hold of any of the staff. Etc, etc. Location wise is only 50 meter from the town centre which is the only plus I can think of. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Reviewed By Irina FГлавная проблема с которой столкнулись- при бронировании нам прислали неправильный адрес, по этому адресу находился жилой дом. На жаре, было 36 градусов, уставшие от дороги, мы стали искать выход, в этой части города было безлюдно. Наконец в соседнем доме появился человек, который сказал, что надо ехать километр в горы. Отель нашли, он на горе, рядом большая парковка, вид на которую был из нашего окна. Номер обыкновенный, без кондиционера. Было указано, что музей дерева в 600м, но для этого к центру Трявны надо спуститься по узкой разбитой лестнице по склону горы, обратно конечно на такси. Завтрак: кусочки брынзы, жареный в масле холодный кусок теста и очень горький кофе, половина маленькой чашечки, есть это не смогли, остались голодными. Где-то в отзывах писали про бассейн, но его конечно нет.

Reviewed By MladenMarinovWe have been several times in this hotel for the last five years. Each time the situation becomes worst. Extremely dirty rooms, mold everywhere in the bath. Lots of broken and unfixed accessories. Toilet paper is 1 ply, cheapest available on the market. Linnens and pillows are old and very uncomfortable. Breakfast is amazing too - cheapest available plastic sausages, scrambled eggs, fried sliced bread. Stay here only if this the last available place in Tryavna :)

Nice swimming pool but not great food and service
