Reviewed By KristofB145Let's start with the most exceptional thing, for me, the staff!! The staff is truly excellent. There is animation, a fair bit, not too much, not intrusive, just enough. It's organised and leaded by Momo, an energetic charismatic gentleman. He makes sure that everyone that want's to be active is suited for. Be it watervolleyball, darts, dancing, aqua fitness, ... I'm a hospitality guy, the professional kind, so I do care a lot how the service is going. And I must say, although not fluent in English, they are very fluent in service. Service wise I was always pleased to see Mahmut and Ali. True craftsmanship, always with a smile and very swift hospitality. The room was small but very modern, recently renovated without a doubt. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. The pool was more than big enough, all other accomadations were up to date. I have a hard time finding negative things to say about this hotel. The only negative thing I can think of is that it's addictive. I'll be back, I was there with my girlfriend, but I'm 100% sure I'll be booking a trip for all 4 of us coming March. Oh, did I tell you that a lot of the people who were there were people revisiting the place...? That says a lot. Don't doubt, have a nice stay at Doubletree By Hilton @ Bodrum. Enjoy!

Reviewed By 819lyndabLovely hotel with excellent food and good drinks selection. New staff still perfecting the cocktails, but real improvements as we went on throughout our stay . Beach and pool area fab . Rooms huge and everything spotlessly clean . Bus 5 mins walk away , or reception would call a taxi , and there in minutes . What really made it for us was the room had been decorated at my husband’s request as it was our wedding anniversary. Flowers , towels in the shape of swans , wine and fruit . After a long journey it was wonderful to sit on the balcony at 1am overlooking the pool with a glass of red wine . Thank you all .

Reviewed By abraa2014We fortunately or unfortunately stayed at the start of the season so it was not too busy however it was rather disappointing that most things were just being put out and other things i.e Pizza oven was no being used yet. The property was just being done up ready for the season to start so lots of handy work and drilling. Garden staff at times commenced this so early we couldn’t sleep. Watch out for dog poo on the grass as some dog owners do not always pick this up. The issues that had been raised by previous customers were just being resolved but not always for the best i.e new towels but these had not been washed leaving fibres on your body after use. I still think hotel needs to change laundry company as dressing gowns were stained we reluctantly touched them. Staff do their absolute best and there was always someone who spoke fairly good English day/night at the front desk. Our star of the stay was Doruk on nights. Charming young man with a good sense of humour and this guy will get you anything you need within reason. His opposite number is Mert on days. Cleaning staff do a daily good clean, they just need a cleaning trolley to carry fresh bedding. Loud music and dogs barking, but this does not usually last past midnight and is not from the site. Would advise you bring your mosquito repellent as this was an issue at night. Food is fairly ok, but start of season we were told most things were not available. I would suggest go to the Marina to eat. If you are fussy about breakfast, bring your favourite cereal. Chef’s are hit and miss, one day the omelette is fantastic the next day it looks like sunny side up. The beach is clean and the water is clean depending on weather.

Reviewed By ccampbel1971We visited very early in the season so it was very quiet (how we like it). Check in was quick. The room was spacious but for a boutique hotel it was a little basic. No artwork and the second bedroom would benefit from a chest of drawers or a dressing table. Lovely big balcony though and very clean. Big bathroom and lots of hot water. The food at lunch was great. Dinner was a little hit and miss as to whether you got what you asked for (slight language barrier but Google Translate and a sense of humour are all that’s needed. Their English is far better than my Turkish!?) Lunch and dinner are a la carte. The dinner menu was a little small so might be bored if there for a week but maybe they have specials on when the season picks up. That said, the drinks were good and the service was great. The memory foam sun loungers were just the best! Two things let it down a little and that was the breakfast - offer a menu instead of bringing out random stuff that probably just goes to waste/ and the extras should be made clearer at check in. Some of the drinks and cocktails are extra (I think if they don’t have a star next to them on the menu?) and this should be made clear at check in. We weren’t charged for any extra but we were a little worried we would be as on the first day we tried almost everything without knowing about the star system. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday this is it.

Reviewed By tareko756I came to vacation and I didn’t have a big expectations however I was totally surprised by the level of the quality and the professionalism of the staff, the hotel is very beautiful and clean, all equipments are new and it’s a real boutique hotel, what Amazed me is the staff and I want to congratulate the management on their hiring; as appreciation I would like to thank Ahmet the bellboy he is a real star and he is very professional and super helpful well done to him, also I want to thank Nejdet the bartender every time he surprises us with his amazing service and always smiling, I don’t want to forget also Filiz the guest relation she is at the top: positive, helpful, full of love and care. I hope I didn’t forget anyone therefore am rating 20 out of 10 for all the staff, absolutely am gonna comeback again and again

Reviewed By Abdul-refaeiMy friend and I visit Susano LXR, couple of days ago, stayed for a couple of night, the hotel was perfect, rooms were clean and spotless, the rooms were quite smaller than the photos. On the other hand, the concierge team were amazing, Mr Taha in particular helped me practically with everything during my stay, he was always on contact with me on Whatsapp in case i needed anything, did an amazing job booking us at fancy restaurants, and gave many options, and he took very good care of our car, he did his job and quite more. Taha definitely made the stay more convenient and easy!
