The service slips for high-end resort
Reviewed By egle zHotel itself is nice, huge resort. Though, we were stuck in the elevator together with a baby for at least five minutes and nobody reacted to our emergency call. Luggage delivery was quick, but when the room was changed, no one came to the help, although it was promised twice. While swiming in the pool we asked to place the bill into the room, we were twice very roughly asked to pay immediately as we did not leave a deposit, the need for which we did not know at all. That we don't have cards with us while swimming did not convinced the staff.

Возвращаемся сюда в который раз, искренне рекомендую! Cozy and warm atmosphere, delicious food, the sea is as close as possible. Great and hospitable stuff. The hotel is surrounded by pine tree forrest. The sand beach is really pleasant. We keep coming back here, highly recommended!

The best you can find on the Black Sea beach and first line hotels
Reviewed By 261medeasI've found this place accidentally and whenever I came, I never wanted to go back. Before I was at other place, but coming here every day for a dinner, lunch and simply for a dessert (homemade and fresh, always!) The owner Lena is very attentive, very quiet and very accurate. The staff is very helpful. This is a very warm, family-oriented hotel. My daughter - 8 years old adored this place. The yard, the beach, the amusement themes, the dancing classes, the White Party, children from all around the world, what else can you wish for a summer stay? Children are absolutely safe as the infrastructure is created for a quiet stay. The views are amazing, the food is absolutely fresh and home-made, eco-friendly. The prices are the best. Once you come here, you'll never choose another place:)

A true gem
Reviewed By Olga_the_1stWhat a great place! We booked for 3 nights and added 2 more because it was so good! This part of the beach is less busy than the rest, we found it really relaxing. The hotel is very clean, excellent beds, new white bed linen. We got towels changed every second day! Great breakfast, really good food and prices are lower than in tbilisi or batumi.

Советский санаторий на берегу моря
Reviewed By Z9064VPelenasРешили остановиться в Шекветили спонтанно и забронировали этот отель т.к. он был единственный свободным вариантом размещения на береговой линии. ПЛЮСЫ: Расположение: отличное, на берегу моря. Номера: просторные, светлые, с видом на море, наш номер имел окна с двух сторон и маленький балкончик. Кровать для удобная, ванная комната вас душем тоже оптимального размера, не тесно. Есть бассейн, отлично для деток. Питание: входил завтрак и ужин. Подача порционная - пожилые тетушки в фартуках приносят каждому лично. Ассортимент скромный, санаторный: горячее, гарнир, компот. На завтрак каждому по вареному яйцу, каше и по два кусочечка колбаски :) В 200 метрах вечером смогли посидеть за коктейлем в Кафе при отеле «Mirage”. МИНУСЫ: Все довольно старое, пошарпанное, море пришлось наблюдать из-за немытых окон. Выбора блюд нет. Обслуживание. Мы были всего сутки, но если там пожить, можно было бы книгу про персонал написать)). Девушка на ресепшн - единственный человек, который пытается быть на стороне посетителей, услышать их, чем-то помочь и в принципе отдаёт себе отчёт в том, что это гости, которые заплатили деньги за пребывание здесь. Остальные работники ведут себя так, будто принимают тебя тут из одолжения. Чтобы получить шезлонги, которые входят в стоимость, нужно найти некого мужчинку, только у него ключ. Найти его отдельный квест. Полчаса бегали по отелю, спрашивали где он, на что получали ответ от местных служительниц «ждите, он ест», «он занят, у него, что дел нет других». Неохотно достал шезлонги с зонтиком, на пляж несите сами, зонтик втыкайте сами. Причём в стоимость номера на двоих, как оказалось, входит только один шезлонг. Второй - 5 лари. На кухне повара и официанты прямо при нас громко беседовали и обсуждали взаимоотношения между персоналом. Сильно веяло советским курортом, где работникам платят мало, делают они все плохо, и все недовольны. Останавливаться здесь второй раз точно не стали бы, на побережье хватает отелей и с виду получше, и с шезлонгами для гостей. Правда, их стоит бронировать заранее.
