Rude and Disrespectful Owner/Manager
Reviewed By DSmith10000000Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, I cancelled a booking for this hotel well before the 24 hour period. I noticed they charged my credit card anyways. I called the hotel, and the woman with whom I spoke was rude, combative, and disrespectful. Let me assure you, Airport Inn, that I will get my refund one way or the other. In the meantime, let me say I will never again give you our business. I cannot strongly urge people here to stay away from this hotel. They are untrustworthy.

My stay was normal, when I returned home compiling my expenses I was charged for another nights stay in the facility. When I contacted the property I talked directly with the owner, whom is the individual who I dealt with over my five nights there, even emailed me a copy of my bill clearly showing six nights charged to me. I have not had my money returned ! Less than impressed.

Good value and clean
Reviewed By 544raynekWe were on a long road trip and just needed a comfortable and clean place to stay for the night. For $70 Canadian we got what we were looking for. The rooms have been renovated with tile flooring and new bathroom fixtures. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was also comfortable.

Towels and linens were stained, the room smelled mouldy, and the room door was difficult to secure. (Was instructed to slam the door so hard I thought I’d break the window) There was some type of domestic dispute occurring during the early hours of the morning, yelling and dog barking. The staff offered me 10% off, hardly enough to make me happy after a restless sleep. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff in a rather worn hotel
Reviewed By Carol RStayed here one night as part of our Rocky Mountaineer trip. We arrived fairly late & checkin was easy. We ate next door at the adjoining Dennys which was revolting ( the plastic screens between the booths need a serious clean and the food is mega greasy. The room was OK but the whole hotel needs a refurb. That said the room was quiet, the shower was OK & the Wifi worked! Bed was OK ish. The staff were very nice as we were leaving early and they still made sure everyone had a drink & was OK.
