A great place for MICE and Leisure
Reviewed By OanhThucWe organised a 2-day training section for about 50pax at the hotel, and it was quite smooth. The hotel was packed with many other big events, so we got some issue: - Rooms: my room was booked with 2 continuous bookings, from 2 sources, and when I arrived, I already reminded reception team about that. However, they didnt link my bookings, thus, I have to stop my meeting to go move my luggage to the new room => very inconvenient. The new room (higher room type) was not ready when I checked in, so had to wait for housekeeping to clean. Room facilities were brand new, handy and easy to use. - Service: The hotel was full of events that period, so we had to wait until late for service team to get the facility ready, however at the end, it was ok. The hotel provided extended service support with backdrop, stage and sound system. Facilities was new and well-maintained. Ms. Phung from sales dept. was a true star - very helpful and supportive throughout our process, also Mr. Vu ENG and Mr. Phuong from F&B supported us. In general, this is a new property, thus the standard might be lack, but service attitude made up for that. Will recommend for MICE purpose.

Reviewed By camuche123If you are driving from cam ra to phan thiet its a good area to stop for a meal. The restaurant of this hotel is on the beach. Nice scenery but food is pretty oily and badly cooked. The grilled prawns were frozen for sure so not the best taste sadly.

Reviewed By MattitiiI stay here one night. Nice city hotel in center of the town. Room was small butit has everything what i ned for one night stop. Comfortable bed, pillows were too hard. Shower/toilet insame ,tv. Only minus what i fnd was there is no elevator and my room was in third floor....lots of steps

Long term stay
Reviewed By M3137SCsimonecFor a long term stay this place is ideal. 10 mins ride to the city centre and 20-30 mins out to My Hoa. A beach directly opposite and other hotels in the area means is has a holiday feel. Very supportive and knowledgable owner Mr.Bach so I highly recommend.

Reviewed By Nguyen T- Staff doesn’t respect customer - We ask them to ironing some clothes, they have the iron but they respond to us that we have to do by ourself - There is nothing to drink in the fridge, we have to go to the market to buy some bottles - They forgot to give my passport back, they didn’t call me, it’s just when I arrive at the airport that I recognized that I don’t have my passport on me so I had to go back to the hotel to get my passport back then I miss my flight thank you guys !

Ấn tượng đầu tiên là anh chị chủ nhà rất dễ thương, giúp đỡ vợ chồng mình từ lúc đặt phòng và nguyên trong kỳ nghỉ của bọn mình, anh chị luôn cho bọn mình cảm giác như chúng mình là những đứa em trong gia đình, mình nghĩ đây là điều mình thích nhất ở đây. Tiếp tới phòng ngủ sạch sẽ và khang trang, mình bất ngờ với homestay nhỏ như thế này nhưng được trang bị Tivi ở trong phòng có thể kết nối được với điện thoại, có ấm đun nước, tủ lạnh hoạt động rất tốt, trong phòng có nhiều kệ để đồ, đã có máy lạnh rồi nhưng anh chị vẫn lắp thêm 1 cây quạt điện. Anh chị làm trần nhà rất cao cộng với cửa sổ làm cho phòng ngủ cực thoáng mát. Đặc biệt mình có thể nấu ăn tại đây, không gian bàn ăn của bọn mình là ở sân vườn dưới tán xoài và những bóng đèn vàng ấm, background chụp hình cũng bao ảo luôn. Trúc Nguyên homestay chỉ cách chợ và biển khoảng 100m. Bạn nào tới Vĩnh Hy thì hãy tới đây ở nhé, mình là người làm trong nghành nhà hàng, khách sạn mà mình đã là fan trung thành của Trúc Nguyên luôn rồi và mình muốn lan toả tới tất cả mọi người.

Khách sạn có cho thuê xe máy. Khách sạn ở gần ngay khu K1 -nơi tập trung nhiều quán trà sữa, cà phê nên buổi tối rất đông vui

Reviewed By mattiT150Just stay one night because hotel where I normally go was overbooked. Nice surprise this place. Very welcoming staff in garage and reception. I get big room and comfortable bed. Bathroom ok but no separate toilet, you have to shower where toilet is...quite common in Vietnames cheaper hotels, so everything was wet even I tried to be careful. My room was in first floor and facing to back alley and it was noisy for awhile. Otherwise I slept well.
