Reviewed By curpenk20225 star service in a 4 star resort! It was my boyfriend first time in Mauritius, I took him to a 5 star resort but the service was nothing compared to Ocean V. The checkin was very nice! Asha was very helpful and accommodating with getting us a room with a nice view and a taxi to go to the night bar. The girls at the front desk was very nice as well, the servers, housekeeping! The spa is small but it was amazing, we went for a relaxing massage! Thank you Ocean V for the amazing stay!

Our most relaxed stay in Mauritius
Reviewed By 13ewanWe loved this place. We came as a family of six. Mom, dad, granny and three teenagers. We loved the chill vibe. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed . Beautiful access to a stunning beach where we swam and watched the sun set. The location is purfect and so close to the main beach and grocer. Which was very convenient. The pool is clean and has a area where the kids loved to listed to music and play the games they provide. They have beach toys that you can take to the beach and provide fresh beach towels every time you go out. The staff was so friendly and catered to our every need. We loved the chilled vibe and will definatly come again. It has everything a five star hotel would have but with we felt like we could relax allot more here.

Reviewed By Kathi0485A super nice hotel in a great location. But I especially want to highlight NILESH DINNOO. The best man in the restaurant. Super nice. Very obliging. His manner was very pleasant. Unfortunately, Mr. Sanjay was just the opposite. Mr. Sanjay always seemed very hectic and ran back and forth. Not necessarily ideal. And it was also extremely uncomfortable as a holidaymaker. I was always particularly happy when NILESH DINNOO was there. Truly without exaggeration the best man ever. I don't want to forget the cleaning fairies either. You all do a good job. And should be praised every day. Without you there would be no good hotels.

Reviewed By shwetap1317The 1 bedroom apartments are really good and comfortable. They have a good size bathrooms with linens. U may want to get your own toiletries though. They have basic utensils for 2 ppl along with an electric stove and microwave. The pool in a bit larger than a bath tub...:). They have an amazing Indian restaurant. The front desk staff is super helpful. Would definitely stay here again

DodoLaLodge, at the heart of Pereybere, is opposite one of the nicest beaches on the island. Restaurant, cafes, bars, supermarkets, shops, bus and taxi stations are all nearby at walking distance. DodoLaLodge boasts to be a cozy, friendly-place; it has a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. There are 6 type A studios and 12 Type B studios. Safety cameras are installed around the complex. Reviewed By 969tommyrVery nice Lodge well situated opposite Pereybere Public Beach. Make sure the air conditioner in the room is working. We stayed 4 nights with air conditioning NOT working. They should have checked it before booking guests in. If it wasn’t for that, the overall rating would have been better.

Beautiful sunset
Reviewed By twomapgirlsWe visited this boutique hotel right after lockdown was lifted in Mauritius. We were the first visitors in over 3 months. From arrival to departure, we experienced very good service. The room we stayed in was sea facing with a lovely en suite bathroom with a stunning bath and shower. The views are just incredible, as the sun sets directly facing the hotel. There is a small private beach and a large swimming pool as well. We had sundowners on the deck that has 180 degrees of sea views. We also had our breakfast out on the deck. The hotel is small and intimate. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic stay, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed By Olof_AWe spent six nights at the Hacienda plaza in Pereybere. The small and cozy establishment opened a year ago in a renovated stables, providing a charming setting for a family stay. The rooms were nicely designed and spacious, the showers good and the facilities clean. The pool area was very nice and provided an excellent playground for the children. The food was plentiful, tasty and beautifully presented. The spa was comfortable, and we had a good massage; however, some simple additions, such as better allowances for where to put your hands during a manicure would raise the quality. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and strives to provide a quality service. We had a very nice stay and would certainly recommend it. However, we can still see that this is a new establishment and there are a few rough edges to be smoothed out - more consistency of service would be beneficial. The kindness of the staff, however, made up for that in our case.
