Reviewed By Catrabbit1980Very convenient hotel with free parking in the center of Madaba just a few minutes from the main sites. Great service at check-in. The gentleman gave us a map of the city and showed us where to see the main sites. Nice large and clean room. Okay breakfast. A good place to stay !

Reviewed By ruthkP452GIIt's a 2-star hotel so set your expectations accordingly. I happen to love it and have stayed there for a total of 6 weeks over time. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the service about as attentive and friendly as you could ask for anywhere. They will help you find shopping and tours and restaurants and, since I was there at a time of COVID rules, they even arranged for the mandatory PCR test required to return to the US. The lab tech came to the hotel, and a few hours later, the results were faxed to the hotel, printed, and handed over to me. Even if you don't need that kind of attention, you will find help for more ordinary questions and needs, like taxi to the airport or drivers for tours.

Reviewed By robertbK7154HPI booked this hotel as somewhere to crash before getting a flight the following morning with limited expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport, on-site parking, bar that serves alcohol, restaurant with really good food and super friendly and helpful staff. If I’d been visiting Madaba I would have happily stayed here for sightseeing.

Good location but beds need to be changed
Reviewed By manukoalaThe hotel is clearly in the heart of the old town so the location is great. You can park your rental car in a large secured car park steps away from the hotel. We were disappointed by the quality of the sheets and beds, they would need to be replaced. No wifi in the rooms, only near the reception desk. The breakfast is good and offers a nice view on the churches and mosque.

Great Location, Hospitality and a Bargain!
Reviewed By Mike II was introduced to the Salome Hotel by Mr. Tawfique who I will talk about later. The Salome Hotel is situated in Madaba, just a few minutes from Amman, Jordan. A family run hotel, they made me feel at home and were very kind and considerate. The rooms are very well appointed with everything I needed. I stayed there at the beginning and end of my trip, a total of 5 nights. Tawfique is a Fixer/Driver/Guide who took great care of me throughout my 2 weeks in Jordan. He knows everyone and everyone knows him. He even had a doctor come to my hotel to give me a PCR test at a very reasonable price. Then Tawfique delivered the printed result to me. Tawfique made my trip to Jordan very memorable and I highly recommend contacting him before you arrive in Jordan. He can be reached at 962 7 7925 2500.

Reviewed By SzimonettaH1Everything was perfect. Nice and clean rooms. Traditional and yummy breakfast. The receptionist (Bahao) was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay when you are in Madaba. (Stores and restaurants are nearby, the Mosaic church is in walking distance)

Reviewed By 676mireiafHumilde y básico hotel situado en el centro de Madaba. El hotel no tiene muchas comodidades pero si las suficientes/necesarias. Baños algo viejos pero por el precio que se pega no se puede pedir más. El desayuno es tipo buffet, esta bien, variado y abundante. Lo mejor del hotel es el dueño, ABU, humilde, generoso y dispuesto a ayudarte. Nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto. Hay parking en la misma calle del hotel, justo enfrente (gratis)

Very clean the smell of the room was so fresh and soothing. I chose this hotel actually because of the location its in the madaba centre also the price is money for value.
