Reviewed By MG1821The front office staffs were nice to Gaijin like us and the hotel is just a few steps away from the train and bus stations. The hotel is clean but small. And the good thing was if you do not request for a "make up room", they will give you a freebies like facial mask, cup of noodles etc. The breakfast is yummy and healthy too. there are lots of bread selections to choose from but everyday it is the same. (four days!)

Every $ i save on a hotel in another $ for food and drink! If you only use a hotel as a sleeping place these are great. Modern rooms, tv, fridge, air con, air purifier/ humidifier. Close to station easy to find just look up for yellow sign, and as I have found they always are easy to find these Super Hotels. Staff are polite, breakfast is included. Free wifi. Free extra pillow to use. Big deal you may think, but they have about 10 different pillows to choose from, med, hard, soft, high, low, etc. These are un upmarket business hotel! Love them!

Easy to reach from Narita business hotel with easy train access to Central Tokyo
Reviewed By Boguslaw 'Bob' MThe hotel located three minutes walk from Shinkoiwa Station on the JR Sobu Line with direct connection to Narita, Shinjuku and Tokyo Station.. Use the North Exit from Shinkoiwa station, turn immediately right walk about 50 yards and the hotel is across the main street. A few steep steps to reach the entrance next to a restaurant (where guests can have breakfast). I'd say it is a typical Japanese business hotel - a small room with a bathroom (lots of hot water), a kettle, hair dryer and a small fridge and working free w-fi. The room was clean although reaching a stage when refurbishment will probably soon be planned. Very polite receptionists, with not much English but that was not an exception. A few grocers shops around and some restaurants serving Japanese, Indian food and a good Pizza restaurant just opposite station exit. Many more restaurants and a busy shopping passage near the South Exit. On the whole, I had a pleasant stay and found the price adequate for what I received. If I need to stay in the same area I will return to Shinkoiwa Park hotel.

Useful little hotel
Reviewed By AllonetieNot a four star establishment to say the least but if you need to be in this area and you’re on a budget this could be worth a look. Hotel really provides no service at all except a room and that includes clean up during your stay. However the clean small rooms provide all you need. A good supermarket over the road provides great food or there’s plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Shinkoiwa station is two minutes away providing access to airports and downtown. I will be staying again.

Hostel Hana An would be an ideal place for those who a) are looking for an experience of local life in Tokyo b) want to be foodie in Japan c) loves downtown atmosphere d) need a good sleep e) are trying to explore new things f) aren't willing to master a complex train transportation in Tokyo Although there are many hostel options inTokyo, Don't you think essential requirements are like the same to above?? Specially If you would like to feel and experience local life in Tokyo, Hana An is highly recommended. Guests who stayed at Hana An enjoyed our accommodations and exploring our neighborhood. We recommend you to try Sento (public bath) near our place to warm you up and grab some drinks at bars after. How about kick start your morning with a cup of coffee at cafe WAO next our place?? they have homemade scones. (Sunday closed) it's also good to visit Shibamata temple or walk around Mizumoto park to see the nature. It's direct access to major touristic places like Harajyuku (Meiji-jingu station), Roppongi(Nogizaka station) and Ginza(Hibiya station) without any transfer from our station. Even if you stay in center of tokyo, you can't see everything by foot.Once you use the train, there isn't that much time difference wherever you get from. From Narita Airport, Take Keisei line (Keisei sky access) to Keisei Takasago station and transfer to Keisei kanamachi line to Kanamachi station.(65min) From Haneda Airport,take Monorail to Hamamatsu station and transfer to JR yamanote line to Nishinippori station. take Chiyoda line to Kanamachi station.(70min) Alternatives: take a bus from Haneda Airport to Kitasenjyu or Kameari station and take Jyoban line to Kanamachi station(60min+10min) From the station to our guesthouse, it takes 6min by walking. on the way to get here, you can pass through Sento, bars and shops. We are looking forward to seeing you at Hana An!!!

Reviewed By n0e1LWe had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. It's located a bit of a walk from the train stations, in a residential place and you get to feel the atmosphere of a Tokyo suburb. The place was comfortable but we were disappointed because the room we got wasn't what was shown in the photos.

Our hostel is an old traditional Japanese house.Most of our rooms are Japanese style rooms,where you can have an excellent experience in Japan.We are cozy place which in a quite of east of Tokyo.Our hostel is located in a very convenient place.Only 6 minutes walk from Aoto station. Direct from Haneda and Narita Airport without transfers.30 minutes access to the city center.

Reviewed By Gg123455Kei is such a lovely and attentive host. She went above and beyond to let me use her phone to call my bank (I didn’t need to in the end). The house is so quaint and cute and immaculately clean - Kei comes every morning to clean! Location a few minute walk from Aoto station where you can get trains into the centre frequently. Great value for money in Tokyo !
