Reviewed By 12Soph12From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff made our stay wonderful. We were greeted with tea and sat in front of their fireplace while we got checked in. We immediately decided to extend our stay by 3 nights and they were really accommodating. Our room was beautiful, with a huge comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. It was really clean. The staff were so happy to help with whatever we asked, and they have a driver on site who takes you to and from the ski slopes. They even organise pick up and drop off of your ski equipment. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made it feel so magical, and even gave us a gift. We can't wait to come back here!

Reviewed By GeoffreyC561I would say that the overall quality of service of this hotel during our stay over Jan 25-Feb 3, 2020) was top-class. The Japanese restaurant and the lounge bar meals quality was also very good and service was exceptional. Breakfast buffet kept us fuel for the skiing day ahead. The rooms were meticulously cleaned and the staff were very attentive to the rooms. The location was in the middle of Wadano area, so it was convient. There were more than adequate timings for bus shuttle to the slopes, so it provided regular service to access the various ski areas. Ski locker area had more than adequate space for all and with lockers (lockable) allocated to individual rooms is always a good thing. Bearing in mind, that this is a very top-class Japanese chain of hotel, which has executed its operations very well. What is not to like about Hakuba Tokyu?

The view from the hotel was amazing, you could see the entire mountain range and valley.It was total bliss. The hotel staff was kind and cooperative.Its located 15 min walk from the station and I would recommend you take that walk as it's very scenic ( if you have less luggage). The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. I would like to visit this town again someday.The price was a very good value for room and facilities.

Meteor Garden has hand sanitizers everywhere. We booked a room with a private bathroom, it was cozy & loved all the wood paneling. The basement level has a two showers, a free laundry area, TV room with couch & Drying Room.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities.(Special thanks to Ayasan) Everything was perfect including our welcome drink. We dined for dinner in Mimis Restaurant at the hotel and it was extremely delicious and the service was excellent.The breakfast was great as well.

Reviewed By Tom BMy partner and I had an amazing time here. Taka was incredibly generous and helpful. He gave us lifts to different places in Happo as well as loads of advice about where to eat/ski. His breakfast was tasty and the onsen in the basement was the best thing to come back to after a day skiing. We may well be back next year!
