The perfect place for the perfect vacation!
Reviewed By Irena AIt is a perfect place for the best vacation in the mountain. Great service, excellent conditions, tasteful food. It is calm and beautiful place which we enjoy every single time - it is our fourth time in a row and we will keep coming back. It is very suitable for children and their safe play. In the summer here we find a salvation from the heat.

a place to visit
Reviewed By George Ra place to visit. place is excellent. when you see the note 9.9 on booking you think that is not possible. but you get there and everything exceed expectation. Radomir (the host) handles the villa and it is excellent. You will disconnect from world, the food is also nice (breakfast included)

Nice place for a quiet vacation
Reviewed By onjiGood place to relax from the city noise. The complex is well maintained, people are polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good. An option for improvement is to put insect nets on the windows, as there are no such and ventilation is difficult.

Hotel Management discards stray cats in plastic bags
Reviewed By thebiglepaulskiThe management is just disgusting, as when we stayed there, we rescued a stray kitten from a tied waste bag, which should be just thrown away to die. They seem to do this on a regular basis, as the guy who wanted to pick up the waste was familiar with that practice.

Reviewed By Plamen PI have spent evening with my friends. It was not such a good experience. My wife did not toilets there. That was one of the problem. The service was quite slow. We had to wait for everything. I am not sure if I can recommend this restaurant and in fact hotel to anyone.

Amazing Nature
Reviewed By Peter ZNature there is really amazing. The room was big, but not very comfortable. Small TV and it was not possible to watch it. The picture braked all the time. However, the internet access was perfect. The restaurant is very good and the staff is really nice and helpful. The SPA is excellent as well.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here!
Reviewed By ZiSorWe had booked one night at this hotel while passing through town. When we arrived, we were shown to our room and paid in cash. We then realized that there was no balcony in the room and we had been promised a balcony. There is a price difference between a room with or without a balcony and we had paid for a room with a balcony. When we brought this to the attention of the women checking us in, she said that this was the price for a room without a balcony. We then showed her the website of the guesthouse where the price list clearly states otherwise. Her excuse? The website was outdated. We tried to explain that it really wasn't our problem that the website is outdated and this was completely unfair. She refused to refund us the price difference or offer us another room and continued to argue with us that the website was clearly outdated and we should be able to see that (!!) Breakfast at the nearby restaurant owned by the same owner was also cold and lackluster. A disappointing experience!
